Daniel and Gio, Were awesome. Neat and tidy. Great clean install. Left inside of house super clean, just like they were never here. Explained everything about the outside A/C unit and the inside Furnace. Spent extra time teaching us how the new thermostat works. Excellent Service!!! Final after living here 30 years I have a system that works!!
I want to make it clear that I'm writing a positive review even though I may not go with Barlow. The reason I'm writing a positive review is because Taylor and Danielle were very knowledgeable and thorough. The reports they write up and send you make you feel like you actually got something out of the dispatch fee, even if you don't choose their services. That said, the only reason I may not choose them is because I want to get a second opinion on pricing for a new system. Other than that, they did everything right - from putting booties on their shoes before coming in my house, to explaining everything in detail and showing me pictures from the video feed. All of it was very informative and I appreciate it greatly. True professionals in every sense. I think it says something great about a company that left a good enough impression for a positive review without a guarantee that they'll get my money. That said, something has to give with the prices in the home service industry. It's not just Barlow. I've had other companies come out for different reasons, and they are all astronomically high in price for things that I can usually either do or learn how to do for a fraction of the cost. The cost is no longer worth the convenience for most things. Subscription models don't hide the true cost, and I just don't understand who is paying these prices.
I had a Furnace and air conditioner replaced and Daniel and Gio did an excellent job. They solved problems and Daniel put back everything he had to move in the exact place and cleaned up everything. Both Daniel and Gio were respectful and answered every question. I would diffidently use them again and Highly recommend Barlow’s
