Daniel and Gio, Were awesome. Neat and tidy. Great clean install. Left inside of house super clean, just like they were never here. Explained everything about the outside A/C unit and the inside Furnace. Spent extra time teaching us how the new thermostat works. Excellent Service!!! Final after living here 30 years I have a system that works!!

I want to make it clear that I'm writing a positive review even though I may not go with Barlow. The reason I'm writing a positive review is because Taylor and Danielle were very knowledgeable and thorough. The reports they write up and send you make you feel like you actually got something out of the dispatch fee, even if you don't choose their services. That said, the only reason I may not choose them is because I want to get a second opinion on pricing for a new system. Other than that, they did everything right - from putting booties on their shoes before coming in my house, to explaining everything in detail and showing me pictures from the video feed. All of it was very informative and I appreciate it greatly. True professionals in every sense. I think it says something great about a company that left a good enough impression for a positive review without a guarantee that they'll get my money. That said, something has to give with the prices in the home service industry. It's not just Barlow. I've had other companies come out for different reasons, and they are all astronomically high in price for things that I can usually either do or learn how to do for a fraction of the cost. The cost is no longer worth the convenience for most things. Subscription models don't hide the true cost, and I just don't understand who is paying these prices.

I had a Furnace and air conditioner replaced and Daniel and Gio did an excellent job. They solved problems and Daniel put back everything he had to move in the exact place and cleaned up everything. Both Daniel and Gio were respectful and answered every question. I would diffidently use them again and Highly recommend Barlow’s

Taylor came by to take a look at my (very old, but living) furnace that had stopped working. He immediately found the issue but stayed to make sure the rest of the furnace looked alright. He walked us through everything he was doing, how the system work and his personal recommendations. I was really impressed by his knowledge and felt like he really cared and wanted to take care of us. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any issues, work or replacements!

Caleb was our plumber when we needed help, and he arrived within the hour. He handled a job I honestly didn’t think could be done and saved us a huge amount of time, money, and stress. He was professional, extremely thorough, and did an excellent job from start to finish. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, knowledgeable plumber.

Today Roberto from Service Experts completed our Air conditioner service for this year. Roberto has been servicing our heating and cooling systems for years. Roberto is diligent and thorough in making sure everything is working in proper order. Our refrigerant was low so before doing the work, he explains what needs to be done and pricing. Roberto knows this business and I am so happy that we’ve found someone we trust. In fact, I recommended Roberto and Service Experts to two women walking by while Roberto was working. Thank you Service Experts for providing a needed service. We’re looking forward to a “cool” house this summer.

Conor was incredible! On time… up front… honest… and forthcoming with all items needing attention with replacing our water heater. Our old house added a couple unforeseen issues, and he patiently even took care of some extra work dealing with them, without adding it to the cost. Wow!!! You don’t see that much in the world today! I recommend Barlow Service Experts to anyone reading this review!

Had a great experience with Harry as my tech today. He was very thorough and walked me through everything he was doing and even made sure to show me the pictures as he was taking them so I felt confident in the report he sent back. And, I do feel very confident in the report because I saw everything he put on there with my own eyes. Kelvin was also great and very knowledgeable about the different types of furnace/ac options on the market. I have not made a decision yet about next steps, but I feel very good at the end of this visit that I am in a position to make the right decision for myself and my family. Also, unrelated to HVAC, Conor came to check out an issue I had with a small flood in my basement/crawlspace and he was also great. Didn’t pressure me on anything, was super honest about things that weren’t great but probably weren’t urgent and so wanted to give him a shoutout too. Overall really positive experience with service experts so far during a very stressful time for me.
