I needed a new shower regulating device inside the wall of my old house. I called Before & After and they sent our Mauricio. He told me what I needed and what it would cost. I thought about it a few days and called them back to schedule the installation. Mauricio took it apart to see what configuration was needed, knew where to find it (not Home Depot), went to pick it up, and returned to install the whole assembly perfectly. I was so happy with him working for me and carrying on a great conversation at the same time. He was great. Call this company if you have a need to. You will not be sorry.

Technician arrived promptly and asked for my feedback regarding the issues with the water softener. He was able to immediately recognize the problem and got in contact with the supplier. Parts were available and issues got solved the same day. Thank you.

Had an emergency leak. Reached out to before and after plumbing and drain on a Saturday. Company was super helpful and was able to send someone out within an hour. Caleb showed up, was professional, honest and worked hard to fix the leak in my sink. Caleb told me to reach back out in case I had any issues. Will recommend this company to all friends and family. This is such a an awesome company!! I appreciate Caleb's hard work and the company's flexibility to send him out on a Saturday! Truly a lifesaver.
