Aaron was friendly and did most of the work in a short period of time. He forgot to return to finish the job so I had to call four times. He came out and apologized as he forgot to finish the small job. No biggie to me. What I was upset was the cost of $2K. It was excessive for the job. I had surgery on right hand so I couldn’t do it. Aaron dug a few feet down reattach the flipper and install a new tube. Being retired with limited income the price was too high for the job. the only new parts was the 40 gage tube and cap which was about $25. The flipper was not replaced but reattached. I feel you folks could do better by not charging a high price for the type of job. The $538 to come out would have been the price to pay. The back up problem was the back flow flipper came off and cause the stop of the flow. Once it was moved the water flowed away. Other suggestions came with a price tag of $4K the back flow value was already installed. Like I said the cost was way too much. Aaron was good doing his job. I’m just angry at the price.

Aaron arrived on time, he is very courteous and respectful of my home. He worked quickly and efficiently. He went the extra mile to assure I was taken care of. I plan to have another ADA toilet installed after the first of the year. I will ask that Aaron is my service technician.

Tom came back to check on previous employees failure to clean out tree roots. Previous employee used an electric snake, like the one we own, it got out of hand and he broke sewer line and water line, all he did was punch a hole thru toilet paper which it allowed to flush thru 2 guests in my Airbnb. When Tom came you could tell he did not want to deal with the situation as telling my husband and I if he used his tool it would break our pipes. He never took a camera to look at the issue, as we explained my husband and I had separated the pipes and had taken our camera to look into the issue, we had previously taken off the toilet( we are in our 70’s and my husband had a stroke wheelchair bound) Tom told us to get someone who does hydro jetting( which can breaks pipes too Tom went back to office stated I wouldn’t let him cut pipes or take off the toilet never said such a thing. I am currently waiting for supervisor to call as I want a full refund($754).

Had an emergency. My septic tank drain from the house was clogged. Tom was great. Very professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately it was more involved than just a simple unclogging and he explained the next steps to take for me to get the ball rolling on fixing it. I was impressed with Tom and the Benjamin Franklin company and will recommend you guys in the future

Initially I thought it went well despite the tech showing up w/o even standard tools. ( He had to borrow my snake). Tech was a good guy, just wasn't supplied necessary tools from his company. Was told clog was cleared, but I would need to have it scoped and roots removed layer. He didn't have those tools either. Cost $902 plus tip I gave tech and drain is still plugged. I'm not closer to resolution, just out $902. Tried calling CS, they said they would return call, that never happened. Called again days later couldn't speak with anyone, eventually disconnected. Asked for manager and was told mngr would call me back. Waiting. Lack of any customer service at all is beyond frustrating.

Logan with Benjamin Franklin helped me on Memorial day and helped me with my issue that needed immediate attention! He arrived quickly and realized what my problem was and completed the job quickly while explaining what caused the issue in the first place. He was awesome and I’m very thankful for the information he gave me. They are my go-to plumbing company and I’m very happy with the services I’ve had from them. A+++

I hate to leave a review but I feel that their company has predatory practices that need to be discussed. We had a water heater break and they came out same day which was nice. The plumber said he was worried about water damage and suggested a company EcoDry come do a “free estimate”. He said there was no cost unless we used their services and the assessment was totally free. Tom, the plumber, called them to tell them to come over and that they would reach out to me when they were on their way. They never called me and showed up when I was not there. My boyfriend let them in. They put a hole in our wall and said there was water damage and they could come out the next morning at 8am to fix it. We googled the company after they left and they have 20+ BBB complaints for fraud and overcharging people. We canceled our appointment with them a hour after the assessment and they sent us a bill for 2k for the assessment. I called Benjamin plumbing and complained because clearly tom was paid to refer them out so they can send us a huge bill for what was supposed to be a free service. Benjamin plumbing said they’d follow up with me and investigate it which they never did. I hope people local to prescott don’t fall for the predatory financial scam that Tom has put us in.
