Excellent service! We recently moved back to Berks and the plumber I used in the 70's has retired. After looking over the reviews, i chose Berks Plumbing and are so glad I did!! Immediate response, quick consultation and installation on the same day! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, polite and professional! Blake and Travis did a wonderful job on the installation of my new kitchen faucet with no mess! Mike helped me pick out exactly what needed! Highly recommend!!

Last winter my hot water heater stopped working. I called Berks Plumbing and Heating and Mike was here in an hour. It was late in the afternoon but I was scheduled the next morning. Guys were in and out very quickly. Great job! This winter, I’m having trouble with my thermostat. Called them again. Again, Mike was here in an hour. Got a new thermostat. Can’t beat their timely response when you need them most. Guys are dependable and friendly. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Mike B from Berks Plumbing specialist to deal with on install/remodels. Mike was very polite, prompt and professional. We had a water softener put in and a complete bathroom remodel. Mike had us put on the schedule very quickly. If I had any issues he took care of them promptly. He is a great professional businessman. Kyle (contractor) did a fabulous job on our bathroom remodel. Kyle and Mike were both courteous and professional.

Mike B and his team were phenomenal today when we discovered that our well pump decided to call it quits. Mike was on site shortly after 8 am, diagnosed the issue at hand and had a crew of 3 readily available to respond within an hour to start work. I had 2 bathrooms with plumbing issues that needed two sewer lines cleared. Utilized the camera on both bathrooms. Also 1 other bathroom that a toilet needed to be installed. CPR from your team! All 3 workers worked together in the bathrooms to get the plumbing corrected. They didn’t rush or complain with some challenges they were met with in my home built in 1886. Thank you for your rapid response to schedule me with an appointment. Also the quality of the work and experience was great.

Mike, Ethan, Jose, and Bradley were a fantastic group of guys to work with. They made getting rid of a leaking water heater a breeze even though they had little to no room to work in. They also installed a brand new tankless water heater system. They were able to get the job done in a single day! 100% will be calling Berks for any future plumbing needs.

So I had a whole house sewer back up about 2-3 of water on a Sunday. Berks plumbing came out first thing Monday morning to get it unclogged but unfortunately they couldn't. That being said, my parents purchased the house in 1984, so 42 years of poop, pee and who knows what has been down the drains. They recommended a complete main sewer line cleaning. Scheduled the appointment and they found something in the line that caused the issue. But haven't had a problems since. The employees were courteous and well knowledgeable about their job. They also kept me informed during the whole procedure. Definitely using Berks Plumbing and HVAC Specialists for any future issues. Thanks again for a job well done.
