This guy is friendly, honest, prompt, dependable, calls you back, and does good work at a fair price. We moved into the Oakwood neighborhood in 2023 and after trying a few other plumbers, BET has become our go-to and will be for years to come. Couldn't ask more of a tradesman - highly recommend!

✨ Excellent Experience with BET Plumbing! ✨ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from BET Plumbing. Brandon (owner) and Kenny were an absolute pleasure to work with! When I needed my pedicure chair set up, they came out promptly to check everything and make sure they knew exactly what was needed. They ordered the correct parts without delay, and as soon as everything came in, they were back to get it up and running. Brandon and Kenny were professional, efficient, and kept me updated every step of the way. They even cleaned up after they finished, leaving the space spotless. Brandon and his team responded immediately to my request for them to check out the issue I was having in my basement with water backing up. They resolved the issue quickly and efficiently while also explaining everything they were doing. With having no plumbing knowledge, I was able to understand what was going on and what needed to be done because they explained it so well. The price was great too! Highly recommend for prompt and polite service!

I cannot recommend B.E.T Plumbing enough! I was in a tough spot and called late in the evening, and I was so relieved when Brandon actually answered the phone at 9 PM. Not only did he pick up, but he also arrived relatively quickly to help me out. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire visit. What really stood out to me was his honesty and long-term care—he even made a specific plan to come back once the snow melts to properly fix one of the main issues, rather than just doing a temporary patch.
