Better Priced Water Heaters and Water Softeners

The installation was a bit tricky due to our setup, but they tackled it professionally and did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with Better Priced and highly recommend them for anyone needing help with water softeners, water heaters, or other plumbing projects. Andrew was incredibly helpful in explaining the different water softener options and helped me choose the best system for my home. When he and Robert arrived for the installation, they quickly identified that my water pressure valve also needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that they were able to take care of both the valve and the water softener in the same visit — that kind of efficiency and thoroughness is rare. The price they charged for both the water softener and valve replacement was very fair, and they treated my home with care by using tarps and wearing shoe covers. After everything was completed, Andrew took the time to clearly explain the work they had done and how the system operates. All around, a professional, efficient, and customer-focused team. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Better Priced again!

True to the name! After getting a whipping from Whipple... I reached out to several companies for quotes. They came back in with the best pricing and were able to come out same day and get my water heater replaced. Did great work in a very timely manner. Very honest and upfront with everything. Would definitely recommend!!

Man, I love these guys. You don’t get a perfect 5-Star ✭✭✭✭✭ review for so many people unless there’s a reason. Everyone clearly had the same experience as us. Nobody is ecstatic having to replace a water heater when its time comes but if you have to do it, you want a very knowledge plumber, and I didn’t find a better price anywhere else. They kept it so simple with their “all inclusive” approach, not adding on more things as the project goes along. I was quoted a price better than anyone else and it included everything. Ours had to be brought up to code with new flex pipes, compression tank, and more and it was all included in the bid. It never changed and it even included tax so that wasn’t even added as extra at the end. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Other businesses I got “estimates” from were FAR higher price, even for their lowest tier option that had a much shorter warranty and their higher tier made my eyes bug out of my head like a cartoon. I got the 10 year warranty. If anyone believes so many companies these days are trying to take advantage of you and jack up their costs, just know there are still fair and knowledgeable business people that exist in this world and one of those are Better Priced Plumbing & Heating. I couldn’t be any happier with a company who took a situation no one welcomes and turned it into something fair, then to educational and even made it downright pleasant by the end. The install was today, so only time will tell how many worry-free years of hot water we’ll enjoy (our last water heater lived 17 years, nearly double what the average is supposed to be). Hopefully our luck will continue and we’ll get another 17 years on this one :)

The absolute best in the business! If you’re having any issues with your water heater or your water softener in the Salt Lake area, these guys should be your first call. They are true to their name- better priced. They crushed all the competitors, and it was obvious from the start they were more honest with their prices and the scope of work. We had our water heater tank die out, and I’m so glad we found them. Andrew did a fantastic job answering all our questions, doing the install, and getting us the absolute best deal on our tankless water heater. When we’re ready to upgrade our water softener, these guys are the only ones I’ll trust.

Once the installation and repairs were finished, we were given a summary of what was done and what to watch for in the future with our aging pipes.
