Bi-Lo Supply Plumbing & Heating

I bought a water pump and installed it ,plugged it in and it worked fine then my tank started leaking and a line to the upstairs leaked. I shut it down and called a plumber. The plumber talked me into a different direction. So I took it off and no longer needing it I took it back for a refund . We'll they told me it was electronical and it couldn't be returned. I bought my last item from bi-lo supply.

I like to patronize local businesses, but trying to get simple repair items as a homeowner they don’t want you in the store was my impression. I needed this time an aerator for bathroom faucets ,my contractor purchased there. The counter man gave me the phone number of the manufacturer and said here give them a call the faucet has a lifetime warranty. I went to a big box store and in a few minutes I had the part and the little plastic socket to change it in my hand. So much for trying to support local businesses. Not the first time i have tried to work with them and they’ve forced me to go somewhere else.

Chris was AWESOME to deal with. Out water heater died FOUR TIMES while my husband was out of town. I went in to get parts and spoke to him twice on the phone and he went WAY beyond what he needed to. Customer service was spot on!!!
