I could not be more grateful, or more impressed! An urgent need, brought timely response and high professionalism! Our main water line broke outside on Sunday afternoon. Luckily we discovered it fairly soon. We called Big Johns Plumbing and they called back immediately. We were able to video conference over the phone. Within minutes, they had three plans that could potentially solve our problem. By 9:00 Monday morning, they had a permit from the city. They had Blue Stakes on site and marking the yard. And by 9:40 they were starting to dig! Beginning with the least complicated plan, they started working toward a solution. Plan #2 was the final solution, and the middle ground of easy and cheap, to difficult and expensive. The crews that were on site were AWESOME! They all busted their backs working hard, and only when space got small did any of them stand around. And that was not for very long. They were legitimately good guys. Their language was professional, they were polite, and they were respectful of my property. Certainly, they had to remove landscaping and grass, and such. But, Tim (The foreman) explained everything they were going to do, and expressed the intent to disturb as little as possible. They used wood sheets to protect my grass and driveway, they wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were careful with all other areas of my property both inside and outside. I am a supplier in the construction trades, and have been for nearly 30 years. I have been to hundreds of job sites, and worked with crews from all of the trades. This is truly one of the most impressive crews I have seen! They KNOW what they are doing. The got in, got to work, and got done in ONE DAY. 24hours after losing water to our house, we are back to full service. That's amazing! I understand they do New Construction, Remodel, and obviously Emergency Service Calls. Call Big Johns, then be sure you use them. We could not be more grateful or more impressed.

Big John's Plumbing was one of three contractors that quoted on a basement finish project. Their pricing was great, but their service was definitely superior. The Service Manager, Jon, did a great job communicating schedules and lead times. Gustave, the main plumbing foreman, was friendly, professional, and did the work with a high level of quality on the sewer, water, and gas lines. Brian, the main HVAC foreman, was very friendly and did fantastic work on my dryer vent and bathroom exhaust. I'm glad we decided to go with Big John's...no regrets! I'd definitely use them again.

I called Big Johns to install an electrical outlet to the island of my new basement kitchen. They offered lots of solutions which I really appreciated. They were reasonably priced and knowledgeable, so I hired them for the job. They were prompt, punctual, and professional and did a great job. Dan and Dal were the nicest guys I've ever worked with. I'd definitely recommend them for your electrical projects.
