Daniel and Ponch came through and got us out the indoor Freezer. They were fast efficient and effective. I’m talking bread in the toaster now we can melt butter in the living room lol Thanks guy for your service also they left us with plenty of tips to keep us up and running for winters to come. Above in beyond they went to ensure smooth and even quiet operation. Thanks again Bill Frusco and Company !
Made a call today about labor cost and availability (1/15/26). Said I'd get a return call....that never happened.. seems that when I was actually able to find the part I needed much wicker than they said I'd get it and at a much more affordable price, now they don't want to return a call ? Are they in the business of repair? Or just trying to push people to spend 8000.00 for a new boiler, when it really isn't needed. Was quoted 1400.00 at first for the part that failed on my boiler. They worked the price down a hair, but still said it would be a week before I can get it. I looked online, and low and behold,.the part I needed has been superceded with an updated one, and the cost for it was way more reasonable than their quotes 1400.00. found it for 416.00, so I'm getting it in a day!! Not a week. (Should be here (1/16/26).....what gives frusco? Do I have to search elsewhere for someone to do the work? Update 1/17/26 After talking with bill jr about the labor price for swapping out the gas valve, that I was able to find within a day (not a week, as I was initially told, which had me freaking out), we came to an agreement to get this swapped out for now and not worry about replacing the whole boiler. As I was waiting for the new gas valve to arrive Friday morning, I took the liberty to wire wheel the flute tubes in the boiler and get the rust scale off them, and also did the same for the interior cover and ceramic painted it also, since I had time to waste waiting for the part to arrive. ...fast forward slightly to Today (1/17/26), The technician, John, (I didn't catch his last name because I wasn't told), came out to my home shortly after I got a call from their dispatcher. John came in, and got right to work, replacing the valve for me. He then flipped the main switch for the boiler power and turned the gas on for it. After a minute or so the boiler started up. We checked for gas leaks with my new detector that I bought, since he didn't bring his with him inside my house. We found no leaks that we could see. Overall I'm glad this is done. Am I happy with the price I had to pay, not really. I still think what we agreed on was still steep for just 20-25 minutes of actual work, to be honest I think they would gain more trust and have a better outcome if they based jobs like what I needed done by the hour. He would gain more customers if he did so, in my opinion. I get it with the whole experience aspect of it and all, and the severity of the equipment being worked on, but still, for what needed to be done for my situation, bill me for the hour, plus one, to cover the experience aspect of the job. (Would be nice if I got a little bit of a kick back price wise, since the tech needed to use two of my tool, if we are being accurate about it all), but I digress ...Just my .02. but yes, the job is complete. No leaks. Heat is on finally once again. Thank you and I hope bill takes this very respectful constructive criticism/advice for future jobs he handles with customers. I'm sure in the long run, he will end up being swamped with work more so than he is now, but using a better method of pricing for labor/time charges, through word of mouth and a difference in reviews left here also. I appreciate you working with me though. Thank you.
I called Bill on a Friday, asking for a quote and info on my boiler that had started leaking. It was almost 20 years old. I set up a consult for Sunday, although I was open to an early Saturday morning consult. Evan, one of their technicians showed up Saturday morning around 8:30 AM and assessed the boiler and my wife was so pleased that she moved forward with the install. I awoke from bed to hear that he was on his way to get the right boiler for installation immediately. It happened so fast I was a bit taken aback. I called to ask a few more questions, I couldn’t believe how efficient the process went. Evan called me back once advised by the office and answered every question. He was polite, knowledgeable and it turns out he had done work on my mother-in-law’s house not too long ago. That alone boosted my confidence in the service. I got the boiler and an expansion tank installed by Noon! Evan helped clean up some of the water with shop rags and I thank God that he was the tech that came out to provide me service! The price was fair and manageable, and if I needed any further work I would ask for Evan again!! Bill Frusco’s company is now my primary company for all my plumbing and heating needs! Now that is top notch service!!!
