Setup appointment for no water from well at our house for 11-2pm and by 3pm no one shows and no one calls. I call them and there like no ones available today so maybe tomorrow??? I’m like we have no water???? Well you’re welcome to call someone else????? Great customer service NOT! Canceled service n called another company Bishops is a 1 at best
By far the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They came out to my house today and understood all of the issues with my system (which I consider complicated, to him it was basic) within 30 seconds. He stayed to talk me through how to prevent the issue going forward and to point out another problem he saw and recommend a heating company to help. Will call them every time I need a plumber and recommend everyone else do the same!
Scheduling plumbers can be difficult but with Bishop it was great. They came when promised fixed the issues, even had a bit of extra time to replace a leaky outdoor faucet while here. The plumber was professional showed me the work and said they would send me the bill. Very happy.
