We have had a great experience from Kris who came out to clean out backed up line then Alan who came back with Kris to run ecamera and show us the problem and quote what it would take cost and time wise to our Lead installer with Matt and Riley as his helpers. Mike keep us informed and their scheduler keep us informed and we got the job done in 3 days. Just waiting for asphalt to be patched and we will be done. Bryan did an excellent job installing our EV charger. He was quick and efficient. He was able to give us a quote and install all on the same day. He made sure the charger worked and gave us a walkthrough on what he completed.

Great experience all around. The initial technician they sent out was outstanding. Your the best, Jose! He not only diagnosed our immediate issue, he also advised us about the condition/potential issues with all of the components (it's an old furnace). He took the time to lay out several repair options, from just fixing our immediate problem through several different price options to repair/replace some or all of the other issues. We ultimately decided to have Black Diamond install a whole new furnace due to age/overall condition, but the detailed breakdown of *all* of the options and their (very reasonable) prices was very much appreciated in helping us make the best decision for our home.

Our kitchen drain had a clog. They were able to send a technician within a few hours of me calling them. Jordan was the plumber who came to our home and was fantastic! He was professional, answered all my questions, gave me options, but did not feel pushy at all, and gave lots of tips to prevent the clog from returning. He was absolutely great! Thank you!

To: Josh, Jackson, Ric and team! These guys are great. From no power due to an old breaker panel and breakers that literally fried-to a brand new perfectly placed panel in one day (as well as working with city officials during the process)! This team is personable and very respectful of your space while working in your home. And they loved my dog which was a huge bonus! My sincere thanks to Ric for coming out on New Year’s Eve to check things out. Josh and Jackson worked there ends off and I’m very great full.
