Well, we had a job to reroute pipes for outdoor water spigot which involved cutting pipes and capping, finding a new way to pipe to the outside. Plus received a new toilet. Our house was built in the early 1940's so we have old stuff. I am detailed oriented and had many questions once the work was started after receiving the quote. (I think the price was definitely fair). I appreciated the receptivity of Luiz father of Santiago who both came as the plumbing duo warriors. Luiz, I hope that's how to spell his name, stopped what he was doing and explained / answered my questions. He was in no rush and looked me in the eyes. A genuine person. I had so many questions which he answered and was detail oriented. I've had other house repairmen who really don't want you to bother them. Santiago, of the duo, was a quiet worker with a great smile. It's a great opportunity for him to work along side his father and learn a valuable trade. The one glitch is my husband has told someone in the office which type of toilet we wanted and somehow that information didn't get transmitted to Luiz or Santiago.They just went back to the store to get the correct toliet. No big deal. I'm actually surprised how quick things were accomplished . I thought it would take two days but this was done in half a day. Tell's you how much I know. Daren's presence as a field supervisor was a nice touch. I learned a lot from him, he really didn't need to take time for, but he did. Job well done. Thank you.

This is two reviews in one: First, Ryan fixed our electrical in December. We had several issues and he fixed them all in one shot for the same, very reasonable price. He was pleasant and funny and great to talk to. Will definitely ask for him next time. Second, Jaden just did our HVAC tuneup. He did a great job for an extremely reasonable price and gave us several options for services with zero pressure. He had excellent ideas for how we can extend the life of our system and improve our internal air quality. Would definitely use these two awesome service technicians in the future.

My wife and I had Ryan give us a quote for and electrical upgrade for our garage and service pnl. The quote was fair and included a military discount! We had a 200 amp service replacing the 35 y/o 100 service. Aside from that we had two EV outlets installed along with a few 120v dedicated outlets for a frige and freeze dryer Brad, the lead and Jackson (Jack) were awesome and did a fantastic job! Every Q or issue was answered and taken care of quickly. Great work guys!
