Christopher and Mike were wonderful, both polite, friendly and professional...Christopher came with superior knowledge and was thorough and efficient with every job he tackled ! The main service was to diagnose my hot water tank...he determined it had complete failure...so recommended a replacement...he replaced it with the same new 40 gal unit ! He also installed two shut off valves...one on the main water line and the other on the hot water tank pipe. Great recommendation ! Lastly, he replaced the bathroom sink mechanical insides of my hot and cold knobs that were leaking ! No more leaking ! They arrived within an hour of my call to Blooms for my emergency and had horrible weather to be in and out of hauling everything in and out and got everything done safely ! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome from the mess they arrived to in my basement ! Thank you Christopher and Mike !! And thank you Blooms ! Debra

I had an outstanding experience with Bloom and cannot recommend them highly enough. After calling at 9pm with an urgent heating and plumbing issues, I was already receiving text updates by 11 PM confirming an 8:00 AM appointment for the next morning. Incredible ​Their technician, Josh, was exceptional. He was professional, courteous, and clearly very skilled at his craft. Highly competent and immediately trustworthy. He handled both the heating and plumbing repairs efficiently and effectively.

Our hot water heater finally reached the end of it's road. Called Bloom's mid-day on a Sunday during an exceptionally cold bout of weather. Ken called within 15 min. to let me know they were prioritizing "no heat" calls but would have someone out to our house by mid morning on Monday. True to Bloom's fashion, they were at our house, (down a wintry road) before 8:00 am Monday. New water heater was installed by 10:00 AM. Technicians Leon and a very professional young lad (I didn't catch his name) took great care in doing a quality job (including several calls to colleagues about tying the tank into our geothermal system). Like I said, another quick, responsive, and quality job by Jerry, Ken, and the boys. Thank you!!!

We needed an emergency repair on our boiler. Dan showed up within an hour and immediately knew what was wrong. He had the part in his truck and had us up and going very quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. 100% recommended.

I've had Bloom handle a few different repairs at our house, in both electrical work and plumbing. In every case, they were quick, efficient, and transparent about any work they were going to do and how much it would cost. In my most recent experience, with Jason Swisher handling a plumbing repair, they actually got the problem taken care of even faster than expected and brought the bill way down. A different regional plumbing company had provided a much higher quote and I think they would have likely stuck with the same listed price regardless of timing, unlike Bloom. They're also always quick to answer either calls or inquiries through their website. So overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

If I could do 0 stars I absolutely would in a heartbeat. This “company” should be shut down because of the unprofessional, illegal, and horrible work they claim that they do. They cheated my small business out of an entire unit that I paid for previously. When i caught it and they admitted it they did nothing about it. I called them out over and over and they made every excuse why it wasn’t working. I spent thousands of dollars to fix an issue that wasn’t even possible to fix because I was missing an entire unit that was PAID for. As a small business owner I want to warn every business out there about them. At this point I spent $100,000 for a system that doesn’t work and has never been fixed. I have had to replace the missing unit out of pocket that was paid for and paid for another unit that was put in AFTER they dropped it from a truck and said it was still fine to use. Stay away from this awful place. To add, I have proof and all blueprints and they still won’t do anything about it after they admitted that it was missing. - Hidden Gem Pet Lodge

Oh my goodness!! First time meeting Chris was everything I had expected from Bloom during this my third season after moving to Clearfield! Although he was replacing "Paul" following his retirement (this past Monday?) Chris fell right in where Paul had left off last season!
