Great response time. We were able to get a quote in the afternoon and full water heater replacement the next morning. Julian, the plumber that did the install, was awesome. He answered any questions I had and he did a great job with the installation. Very clean work and made sure to clean up the water heater room before he left. I would definitely recommend Bob Means plumbing.

I woke up this morning to NO water. By 11, Dave and Tori from Bob Means Plumbing arrived and proceeded to problem-solve. They went into the well and repaired the broken pipe and we’re finished by 1:45. Dave fixed the toilet that had been running for a couple of days free of charge. They were both friendly, competent and a pleasure to work with. Adding to this post in December 2025, Julian fixed a leaking sink drain in minutes at minimal cost. This plumber is a retired person’s best resource.

I’ve lived in the area for a year now and this is the 2nd time we’ve needed a plumber for a leaking pipe or fixture. I’ve called Bob Means both times and they are great! They’ve been able to get to our home within 24 hours for both services. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Julian was my technician in both instances, resolved the issue, and has a great demeanor, which means a lot during a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!

My 2nd floor bathroom needed some pretty substantial work and I got the run around from several other plumbers. David and Julian came to my home within 2 hours of my call and did the work same day. They replaced every pipe in my bathroom and the work was phenomenal. They made sure there were no leaks and that everything ran and drained properly before they left. I'm highly pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. If ever necessary I will definitely call them again.

I’ve used them multiple times now and can’t complain at all about the service. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone out in less than an hour. Their prices are reasonable to cheap for the industry standard. I tell people what their service fee is and they can’t believe it’s as low as it is. Very good service. They are open about the price and they do the job well. Will recommend them to everybody.

I’ve had Bob Means plumbing do my plumbing work since we built an addition on our home in 1998. They have been prompt, professional, and polite every time. I have never had any complaint about their work, and on occasion they have gone out of their way to help meet our needs. The most recent technician, and new to us, Marc, was fast, informative, and very helpful.

We had a clog in our main line that we could not fix ourselves. Bob Means Plumbing came highly recommended from family members who have used them before. Mark was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step along the way while finding and clearing the clog in our main line. The service was exceptional and the cost was very reasonable. We'll be calling them again with future problems. I'd also like to add that we received Mark's work history in a text while he was on his way over. I had been stressing out about this clog for days, and when I read about his experience, it immediately put me at ease. It felt like the right person for the job was on the way over, and they'd have things fixed in no time. Sure enough, that's exactly how it happened. I like how you guys do business.
