Brewer was one of several HVAC specialists I contacted regarding installing a mini split heat/AC system. They were the only ones who quoted a fair price and actually listened to what I was asking for. Leanna was great to work with on the admin side of things and John’s install team was awesome. The install was very quick and clean and the guys even put up with all my dogs barking up a storm. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and will absolutely be recommending Brewer to others. Our home is so much more comfortable now!

The Brewer technicians showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and by the end of the day, they had installed both a gas-fired furnace and a rooftop air conditioner. I like the fact they are a locally owned family business and not owned by a private equity consortium. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable heating and air conditioning firm.

I called this company to have someone come out to inspect my Air Conditioning unit. When I called to make an appointment, no one informed me how much it would cost to send someone out nor did anyone ask the age of my AC unit. When the technician arrived he spent a few minutes looking at the unit then told me it was a little low on Freon but there was nothing he could do because my unit was too old and they don’t service them due to the type of freon it takes. I was charged $150 for that quick visit. Needless to say I think this is ridiculous. I will never use this company again.

We purchased a Mitsubishi mini split from Brewer HVAC based on our previous experience with this company since they do all our plumbing maintenance. Tom Brewer provided us with an estimate on installation of the mini split. Yesterday it was installed and the installation was beyond our expectations since we are in a historic house and the installation was in a loft. It was perfect and all Lines were hidden so nothing Is exposed and the unit is flush in the wall. They carefully installed the unit, connecting to our fuse box and ran everything through basement so there are no lines on the outside wall. This installation is great and the unit is superb.
