We recently replaced our gas furnace and AC unit. We had Brubaker replace it with a new Trane system. Katey, who was our sales representative was wonderful and full of knowledge. She came out to the house, gave an estimate, explained the process, and answered all questions. She was in and out with no pressure! She communicated everything so clearly from start to finish. If anything was needed, Katey was on it immediately. The installers also did a great job. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in one day. Joel and crew did a fantastic job! A real pleasure to do business with. The entire process went extremely smoothly from the very beginning to the very end. This was such a relief, I certainly did not anticipate this prior to starting the initial process. It was so nice to have a totally stress free experience. They deserve beyond a 5 star review!

Thank you to the great team of people who provided for our pleasant experience getting a new Trane heat pump installed. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the equipment and installation. He was more than a salesman. He constantly checked through the entire process to be sure they met our expectations. Highly skilled techs Randol and Nate, the primary installers worked with expertise for two days in the bitter cold. Eon came and helped with the very heavy lifting and other work too. At my request, Jared came 3 days after the install to check settings and add a sensor to the system. Everyone was so friendly and answered my many questions. I am very pleased to have chosen Brubaker. This is a first class operation. Even the office workers kept me informed of scheduling and the techs arrival times. Employees who own their company makes for success and happy customers. Thank you all!

Well as life would have it our furnace was making an odd noise on Thursday. So, we called Brubaker, which sent Collin out within an hour. He was polite and cautious when coming into the house not to bring in snow. He went right to work and fixed the issue. Then Friday our kitchen sink would not drain. Again, we called Brubaker and in 20 minutes Jaden arrived and he went right to work Fixing our sink. He was also a kind and caring young man with great knowledge The surprise came when we received the bill. I thought for sure it would be an arm and a leg. However, it was not it was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Brubaker Inc.

Chris was good and thorough in determining the right Trane unit for us and collecting all the details needed for a smooth install. Randall, Nate, Ray, and Matt were involved in the install, which went smoothly and finished earlier that I expected. The communications from Chris and Randall were great so we knew exactly when things were going to happen. Very professional – and they left our house and property nice and clean.

EDITED to add our second & third experience with Brubaker! Jaidaan and Christian replaced our corroding 30 year old tank water heater with a new tankless heater. They were efficient, knowledgable and did an excellent job both in installation, clean up and explaining how to maintain the unit. Highly recommend! We also had Ben S. come for an electrical repair and he was again knowledgeable, kind and efficient... see a pattern with the Brubaker team? They know their stuff and charge fairly. Dylan also returned to fix a drain and again great service! Really glad that we have the whole home plan and feel our new home is under good care with this team. Thank you! ----Original Post----- New home owners who wanted to get a baseline of where our property is today. We opted for the Whole Home Protection Plan - a great option that gave us exactly what we were looking for - HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Annual inspection (with added bonus of discounts on repairs/equipment). Dylan came yesterday to do the plumbing inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and gave great explanations and recommendations for next steps. We needed a new toilet and garbage disposal and I was stoked he could help us install them right away. It was great to not have to schedule another appointment. Highly recommend!

Brubaker Inc. replaced our HVAC last week. After seeking bids from three local companies, while their bid was not the lowest, it was competitive. But it wasn't price alone that got our attention. It was their knowledge of the product best suited for our needs, the professionalism of the whole team, the skill they brought to the table, and the care they took in our home. Chris came to our home for our first consult, evaluated our needs, gave us three options best suited for us and explained them thoroughly. There was no pressure ever. He then came out the day of the install to ensure that the team understood what we had agreed upon, and then he followed up with us after the install was complete. The lead member of the install team showed up and got everything ready for his team. They took care to keep everything neat and organized...so much so that there was no need to tidy everything up when the finished. This company is employee owned and you can see the pride and effort they put into their work. Give them a call....I bet you will hear a pleasant voice asking how they can make your day better when they answer! The five star rating I'm giving is well earned and well deserved. (Oh....and our new system????? It is a beautiful install and is quiet as can be! We love it!)

My Service Technician Don Was absolutely amazing. It was on time. He was very courteous and he wore shoe covers while he was in my home. He did an excellent job at a fair price rewiring my well pump I would definitely recommend Brewbakers and Don To anyone needing high-quality plumbing repairs at a very reasonable price He also made sure that I got my military discount
