Called on a busy Thursday morning between the holidays because of a backed up sewer line. Stephen picked up the phone on the first ring and was able to dispatch technicians on the same day. If you need a clogged sewer line taking care of, I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Brutinel 卵

Still had water leak after their service. Office sent estimater to estimate repair cost and he did not give estimate when he came. He said he would get back that afternoon and did not. We had to call another plumber. Very poor service and not professional

I called the office because the faucet in my tub was broken and when I turned it on, it sprayed water all over the place. Brutinel said he could send someone out and look at it. When the plumber came to look at it the handle to turn on the water, it broke off completely. He went to the truck and found everything he would need and he was able to fix it. So in total everything was great. And around and in under a half an hour it was ready to go. Sorry for my book length text but I was trying to explain why I gave them a 10 star review.

Seems to me they have taken to over charging customers as of late.I was quoted 170. For a safety check on our home, they charged me 250.00 ! Minus 20 for veterans discount, I asked why? The older tech said "Two" guys They sent two guys to tighten 2 screws and look at one plug. They were there less than 30 minutes per my security cameras. I spoke with the owner who said he would look at the invoice as he had no IDEA why it took two people. That was January 24 2024, I called back the next say and he said he still had not seen the invoice! And He would get back to me. Fast forward to today February 3 2024 He deposited my check for $ 230.00.........$130 1 hr min I understand, 40 trip charge for 10 miles we live in Toltec Really?ok should be 170.00 minus 20.00 veterans discount is $150.00 total charges 250 - 20 = $230. 00 total. This is really dishonest bad business. We Live here and are full time residents and have been for almost eleven years, my husband is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. We do not deserve to be treated like this! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE COMPANY CONTACTED AND WILL BE RETURNING OUR MONEY, THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Broken sewer line was fixed fast and Done correctly put new clean out in the yard. Thank yall so much. Justin and Edgar very polite ! I don't know all their names . They worked so good as a Team!

A few weeks ago I had Brutinel come out and fix a plugged line on a mobile home. Ended up taking three appointments. They said first that the sewage under the MH needed to be pumped out before they would go under the home. I called a pumping company who came out 12 hours later and said there was no sewage to pump and everything was dry. Brutinel came out again the next day with TWO plumbers and fixed the plug. The price? Just over $1,000, including over $100 in materials. They said that they needed someone in the unit to turn on and off the faucets while the apprentice(!) went under the trailer and fixed the leak. I told them I could do that for less than the $200/hr they were paid (excluding the time it took me to coordinate this fiasco). They refused to reduce the price. Then I asked for a detailed breakdown of the parts that cost so much. They came back and said that it should have been only $14 - they had "made a mistake." Well, my mistake was using them at all. After about 6 years of using them for everything from changing out a light pole to fixing all kinds of electrical and plumbing problems, we've moved on.
