I discovered my water heater was leaking just before they closed. Talked to Troy who was very patient and assuring while setting up an appointment the next morning. As promised a rep called to confirm arrival in the a.m. and again 30mins before the tech was to arrive at my house. The tech Bill arrived just as promised and was extremely thorough, professional and efficient in explaining my options and the install. Super happy with my new hot water heater and RO system. Chris Marsh evaluated and inspected my electrical system throughout my Del Webb home built in 1995. He provided a thorough and comprehensive overview of items needing attention, including smoke detector replacements, an additional outlet needed in my Master Bathroom, and fixture replacements I’ve wanted in my nook and dining area. He is a pleasure to know and I anticipate excellent results once this work is completed.

I think these guys are fantastic! I had a problem with my toilet leaking water from the bottom of the toilet and didn’t know what to do. Called Bumble Bee via Angi’s List and scheduled an appointment. Dylan P came out for the service call, he was on-time, courteous, patient with all my questions, a true professional. He did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be fixed, explained everything to me and gave me some options on what I needed repaired. I was very impressed with all of his plumbing knowledge, I would absolutely recommend Bumble Bee and Dylan P to my friends and neighbors. Thank you guys so much!!

Charlie is the best! He came out to replace our water. The dude is literally Superman. He threw our old 50 gallon water heater over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and carried it down a flight a stairs. He then proceeded to carry the new water heater on his back to our second story unit. He is a super knowledgeable and friendly guy. He definitely went above and beyond to help us with all of our issues. I highly recommend Charlie and Bumble Bee Plumbing!

Bumble Bee took good care of us. Our drain system was backed up. Adrian came out and did absolutely everything he could to try to clear our line. He even called for his field supervisor, Mason, to give it a go. Unfortunately, there was a break in our line and it had to be dug up to be repaired. Bumble Bee gave me a quote and when I told them I wanted a second opinion they were understanding. After getting a second opinion, I discovered that bumble bees quote was fair. So I went with them. They were able to get a team out next day and they got the job done. I’d also like to mention Chris, Wesley and Cameron. Along with Adrian and Mason, they were the crew that repaired our line. A bunch of friendly, hardworking fellas. I’d definitely recommend choosing Bumblebee (You can see the root that caused all of this in the pictures attached. By the way, when the work is complete and they’ve collected your payment, they email you your invoice along with pictures and videos of the work that was done. Awesome)

I recently came across Bumblebee online because they had a great introductory rate. I ended up having them service both my business and personal residence, and they were fantastic. They showed up on time, were professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple. Charlie Trent was great! He showed up on time and went over the issues he was seeing. Ultimately, I knew a new water tank would be necessary soon. I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my options. The best part was that he had a new water heater in his truck and was able to install the same day. I love getting this one stop shop experience with the service technician who is doing the work. I love this model from Bumblebee; I don’t want a sales guy, a dispatcher, a tech, and possibly a manager to be involved when the person showing up to my house should be the one to explain and install the work/parts needed.

Another Five Stars There is little worse than a “chirping” sound in your Master Bedroom at 2 am on a Sunday morning! After my feeble attempt to get a ladder, climb higher than I am tall and change a battery where there is no battery to change. So, with ear plugs in my ears i managed to get a little sleep before daylight! Groggy upon awakening, i could no longer hear the irrritating chirp. Problem resolved. Not likely! However, without a doubt, I was confident Chris Marsh was my first choice to have any electrical related work done in my home as he was my expert provided by Bumblebee last year. Chris displays a friendly, caring and willingness to fix any problem presented when he arrives with a smile! He always explains what he believes is the best remedy to any problem and resolves the issue quickly! I am a happy homeowner knowing I have a reliable professional to call if needed.
