So it's been a week or two, and I am still very happy with everything! I had originally called because the water heater was making weird noise, not an emergency. Zach still showed up the next day, found the water pressure was really high, my house regulator had failed, and I had several pipes nearing failure too. He had his team out within two days, Natalie made scheduling and managing change orders a breeze via text, we got very helpful notifications the day of from their CRM, and Virgil and Seth took the time to do everything properly. I'm entirely happy with Bumble Bee!

Our service with Bumble Bee was great. The plumber was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and communicated the issue very well (even drew pictures). And the price for the service was excellent. Would definitely use them again for plumbing issues!

Seth and Virgil were a delight to work with. They arrived as promised and did the work in a quality and timely manner. Very responsive and were able to accommodate a quick turnaround. Will definitely use and recommend to others. Price was competitive and reasonable for the drain installation in the laundry room. Also their office actually makes an effort to keep you informed the entire time from quote to completion. Highly recommend.

Google needs a 6th star to properly review bumblebee plumbing. Amazing group. From communication and consultation, to execution. We had a tankless heater install and a bunch of repiping older smaller pipes. Beautiful work. Seth is a plumber-artist with meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful approach. An absolute master of his craft! I'm so glad we found bumblebee. Thanks to Virgil also for working on a tough clean out, and Natalie and Zach for great communication and explanations.
