We had Tommy come out and install a new water softener with a whole house pre filter. He was quick, professional and you can’t beat his prices! He also answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. Would definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

Used Burnett plumbing for a whole house water softner. Best purchase for our new build. Usually I call around for pricing but after talking to Tommy decided there was no point. I was going to use them either way. He sounded like one of the nicest guys, and he proved that when he got to the residence. Thank you Tommy and Burnett plumbing for an outstanding job.

Tommy came out and install the water heater for me. He's fast and fair and he has great prices. The new water heater was crowding a hose bib. He came back out, set it would be easier to move the hose bib. I sighed and said, "That sounds expensive." He said, "No don't worry about it I'm just going to do it" I had also asked him to drill a couple little holes in my drain caps in my patio where the water always collects. He came and fix things and left within about 15 minutes! I texted Tommy to ask what I owed him. He said, "Nothing!" Tommy really is the best!
