Jayson came and knew the problem with our high efficiency heating system within minutes from when he walked in. He removed his shows and we told him not necessary. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. and a real gentleman, He took his time and wasn't in a hurry to rush out even though it was late. He addressed the issue and then did a good once-over on the system and recommended a gasket kit that he thought may be covered by the warranty. A truly great experience and when asked about his time with the company, we couldn't believe it was his first day working for them. An real asset to your company!!!!

In preparation for the Thanksgiving Cooking Marathon, I decided to buy a new gas range from the Big Orange Box Store and paid for delivery and installation. The stove was delivered on Saturday without incident, until it came to the installation. The delivery team advised that they couldn’t figure out how to install the stove with my existing gas connection, so I had a lovely new appliance that did little more than tell me the time. I immediately called C. Carlin that evening. I had to leave a message but I received a callback before 8am on Monday and a plumber was dispatched to my home by 8:30am. The level of professionalism, competency, and kindness was second to none. Within 30 minutes I was up and running! Couldn’t ask for better, more responsive service. As always. C. Carlin is, and will always be, my go-to for all things plumbing, HVAC, and gas appliance needs! Thank you again for being a trusted and dependable local provider! We had our old tankless hot water heater for 19 years and it finally kicked the bucket. They were able to get out here within two days and get the new one installed. Curt was very professional and efficient. He answered any questions that I had and made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before he proceeded. They were able to install the same unit and size that they’re competitor had quoted us for thousands less. Would recommend

Charged me 6k to replace a pipe and left my yard looking like a dump when they said theyd come back and fix it. Well its been months and nothing. On top of that, the payment agreement was suppose to be 1 year 0% intrest but after receiving the paper in the mail they only did a 3 month term and when trying to resolve this, they keep giving the run around saying not their fault, talk to the lender. You guys are the ones who sent the link to apply with those stated terms. It was a bait and switch to say the least. Overall not happy with how it all went down. Will not be doing business again.

Extremely satisfied with the overall work performed on site and with work over the phone. Work was completed on same day as I called about the issue in regards with sump pump. After power outage realized there was huge problem with the sump pump and called in to get information of pricing. Was very satisfied with the price and timeframe of how quickly the work was done, same day I called. The crew was very friendly, understanding of the issues, asked and answered any questions. Overall job was satisfactory and definitely recommend to others. Will use again in the future after a great experience
