My Mom needed a water heater. I called Cactus to see if we could get someone out. Everything from the initial phone call with Dispatch, to Follow up and communication with the tech - Jared and the icing on the cake was the manager Mindy who personally took the time to call and check to see how the install went. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend.
