Nick from Cactus Plumbing came out on a Sunday within an hour of calling. We had a leak from a pipe upstairs and he took care of the issue in a very reasonable manner. He then checked our water heater, which I knew was on its last leg, and he replaced it the same day! Lastly, we had a small leak in a refrigerator line and he took care of that too!! Amazing service and I’ll be using Nick for any future plumbing issues!!

Top notch customer service and work! Jared was fantastic! He showed up right on time, quickly found the problem, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. After going over our options, we decided on replacing our water heater. He worked efficiently, was very respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I really appreciate his professionalism and will definitely call again if I need plumbing work!

Technician came in with a $375 estimate told me it was the minimum I told him I had just put a garbage disposal in the day before And the dishwasher was not working. I told him I believe that there was a plug that I forgot to remove. He said he was there already and that he would do it for 250. I told him that was too much and he said how about 200. I said it’s Christmas Eve. You’re really gonna rip me off. For 200 bucks for 10 minutes work I said is that what it is that there is a plug I forgot to remove. He said he couldn’t tell me until I paid so I paid him. He spent 10 minutes collected his $200 He knew exactly what he was doing and that it was gonna take him 10 minutes to fix it Would not suggest these people at all And if you do be really careful because they will rip you off

Nick was the plumber representative who showed up to do the work. (Cactus Plumbing) listed under "Joe the Plumber" Nick asked me what rhe issue was, listen to me and then inspected the work area. Quoted a price and then got work as soon as I agreed to the quoted price. No hidden fees. Completed the work cleanup the area and got paid. I would not hesitate to recommend Cactus Plumbing.
