Camcor Plumbing & Water Treatment

Frank was right on time! He was very thorough in his explanation of my present water softener not working making slippery water. The problem was soft water was flowing from backyard hose bib filling our 19,500 gallon pool every day. We had no automatic float fill just the water from the hose bib that we manually filled it with. Years ago we had our house re-piped and instead of hard water coming out of the hose bib soft water came out. We discovered resin beads from the water softener in the bottom of our pool. This occurred a long time ago but since has been resolved. My wife and I decided since our water softener was very old we would replace it with one of Camcor’s water softeners. Frank did a superb job installing a brand new one and regenerated it to make sure it worked properly. We decided to connect a hose from the front water bib around the side of our house to our pool so only hard water not softened water would fill the pool. Problem solved. Frank was patient and very professional. He cleaned up the mess after he was finished! We are very happy with this service!

Asked Camcor to check a water softener for potential issues. Called the office and set an appointment. The Camcor technician (Tyler) not only arrived on time, but the office also notified me in advance that he was on his way. Superb customer service and communication with the customer that we don't see much these days from other service companies. Although the replacement part was expensive (I had to let out an expletive here), Tyler was extremely professional in diagnosing and repairing the problem. In addition, he went out of his way to educate me on the use of the water softener. I would definitely recommend Tyler and Camcor for any future water softener or plumbing issues. Recommendation - give veterans some kind of discount.

Our water heater was leaking. Tyler responded to our phone call during Thanksgiving weekend. He came to our home to evaluate the leak which we appreciated. First thing Monday morning, a new water heater was installed. Tyler is responsive and courteous. Thank you!

I called Camcor about a leaking hot water heater. They were very responsive. From the time I called to the time they came to our house and replaced the heater, it was less than 4 hours! My RO faucet became loose. CAMCOR assured me that they had an appropriate replacement in stock. We made an appointment. Frank arrived as agreed, and replaced the faucet in short order. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Before he left, he made sure that everything worked as intended. He went out of his way to get everything back in ship shape.
