Chandler was absolutely the best guy who fixed our plumbing issues!! He was educated, skilled and prompt! If he didn’t know exactly what the best fix was, he researched and found out. He was honest with what it cost and how much time it would take. I really really appreciate Lex (at the office) and Chandler, they came through when we really needed help! Thank you so much!!

Quick to respond to evaluate the situation. Price was included in bill. Showed up the next day. Removed old plumbing, replaced with better p trap configuration. Tub drain works like a charm. Had to work with limited space and was done in less than 4 hours. Very knowledgeable employee. Definitely recommend for any future projects thanks

Woke up to no hot water! Called Chandler and he was able to send a guy out that day to replace my hot water heater. Tony arrived on time and got the job done! He was great to work with! So friendly and knowledgeable. He adjusted the pressure and checked everything out before he left. I would highly recommend Canyon Plumbing!

I was very unhappy. The toilet was continuously running. They sent a young technician out to inspect the toilet. He said to replace the toilet would cost 1000.00 and to replace just the parts (pressure valve, flapper etc) would be 1300.00. He also suggested the floor under the toilet would have to be replaced as well. He continually reminded me about his professional opinion and his extensive knowledge about these matters. Well, here is my professional opinion. This young boy needs to check out the cost of a toilet and a reasonable cost of install it. The company needs to seriously re-evaluate their pricing schedule. I certainly will not use this company for any of their services and would suggest others get second bids on any work before they use them either.

We've used Canyon Plumbing several times now. We love that they are so responsive when you reach out to them. We had to have a toilet and a hot water heater replaced in the last year. Tony was knowledgeable about the brands and gave us options. We followed his advice, and it was good; we actually noticed the improvement from our old ones! They are very professional and get someone out to you quickly, too, which we really appreciate.

I am so impressed with Canyon Plumbing and Heating. I have used their services multiple times over the years. Most recently, they came to our home and repaired a gas leak that other companies had failed to find or correct. Tony and his associate were friendly and even worn booties on their shoes to keep our floors clean. I appreciated the thorough explanation and how reasonably priced there services were. I give them my highest recommendation.

My experience with Canyon was awesome. I called about a half hour before closing and Callie was so sweet and helpful. She told me she would get ahold of Steve to see if he could stop by and take a look at my heater. She called me back within 5 minutes and said he was on his way. When Steve arrived he introduced himself and went to work looking at my furnace and determining the problem to be the snow on top of my roof was causing it to not get enough oxygen. He climbed up on the roof and cleared away the snow and got it running again. He was very kind and took pictures and recommended that I get the exhaust and intake termination replaced and explained why. He later sent an estimate of the work that needs to be done to ensure heater runs properly. I was impressed with the professional way both Steve and Callie treated me throughout the whole experience. I am looking forward to working with them both again. Thank you so much! K Bowen Logan Ut

REAL REVIEW!!! I honestly don't know how this company has such a high rating. Based on my experience, the number of higher reviews feels questionable. I called them because the pilot light on my 3 1/2 year old water heater had gone out. I relit it, but after getting an error code, I knew I was out of my league and needed a professional to take a look. The technician showed up and was friendly enough, but the moment we got to the water heater, they never once checked the error code. Instead, they immediately started trying to sell me a brand-new water heater. I was told it would cost at least $500 just to diagnose the issue because their rate was $255 per hour, and that I should simply replace the unit instead because it’s going to be expensive just to diagnose it… For context, the water heater is only 3 1/2 years old (no leaks and no other visible problem other than the error code which was not even being looked at) and the parts are still under warranty. Then the visit turned into a sales pitch. They started checking my water pressure and suddenly I needed a new pressure regulator for another $500. Next, they noticed I didn't have a water softener and began explaining how hard the water is in this area and why I should buy one of those too. Apparently I also needed to call a contractor to open up my wall (on a brand new home built 3/12 years ago)…. An hour later, I had three quotes… lowest being 1400 and highest for nearly $5,000 worth of work and they still had not checked the error code on the water heater, which was the reason I called them in the first place. The next day, I called a different plumber. He checked the error code immediately, identified the problem, pulled the warranted replacement part from his truck, installed it, and had my hot water working again in about 30 minutes. Total cost: $150. No sales pitch. I asked him about the water pressure, he evaluated it, said my water pressure was looking good for the inside of the home and he wouldn’t recommend replacing what the other tech told me I should do. I understand businesses need to make money, but I called for a diagnosis and repair, not a sales presentation. My issue was fixed quickly and affordably by another plumber, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It truly feels like this guy was looking to nickel and dime me on every little thing he could instead of just fixing the issue I called them for. At the end of all this they even tried to charge me 69 bucks for a “estimate fee”….. I’m seriously shocked… why would anyone pay to hear a sales pitch and waste an hour of their time??

We got a free plumbing inspection. Chris W. was so great to answer questions and determine what was the cause of our plumbing issues. No pressure. Very professional.
