We had a water leak under our sidewalk and Canyon State's employees; Andrew Zacek and Victor Reyes worked tirelessly, breaking through 4 inches of concrete and then digging down through 2 feet of mud to find the leak and fix it. We are truly thankful for their skills and work ethic in fixing this challenging water leak.

The service technician (Fredrick Deal) was very likable and did a great job. He explained exactly what he did and some issues that he found and fixed under warranty. He also gave me some good advice on switching to a different air filter for the A/C that will be beneficial in keeping our A/C running more efficiently. Thanks Fredrick! A Shout out for Canyon State for exceptional service people. I had my new air condition/heating system installed yesterday. Jesus Benitez-Felix was very polite, thorough, and answered my questions when making the sale of an upgraded unit, replacing my 28yr old relic which served me well. Antonio Dear is wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable and hard working with the install. He gave me updates and answered my questions. Always pleasant! Together after the installation, walked me through all that they did as well as going over the new thermostat and what to expect. Together they are the pair to have. Canyon State did a fantastic job on replacing our air conditioner! From Ammin who provided service and Ryan who helped us select the best model for our needs to Antonio and Dominic who installed the unit, everyone was very professional, efficient and they are reasonably priced. The best thing is that they had a very reasonable maintenance plan that we used when we had our older unit, where other companies would have charged much higher fees. It’s why we went with Canyon State for the new unit.

I purchased a trane unit from this company several years ago they were great had a service contract nice folks. Not sure what happened if it changed ownership or what. I have been calling for weeks and no one can return my calls. Its time for some additional new units they will not be getting my business. I finally got a call back while doing this review. The lady that called me could care less! just reassured me that they don't want any business. Our whole block is doing remodeling we are using the same contractor for our remodeling. My neighbor told me he had been calling canyon state as well with same problem. Don't waste your time with these care less people. VERY Poor customer service for a returning customer that bought one of there best largest units and now wanted 2 more. Beware!!!! The hold music says it all loud and clear!! The customers have the message!

My wife and I were impressed by Pablo Reyes! What a great representative of Canyon State, with his knowledge and professionalism. Very customer-oriented, Pablo Reyes was able to explain even the tiniest of details, and make everything clear and understood. He was very courteous and thorough in his evaluation, and was able to offer suggestions, based on our comfort needs. Canyon State is your best choice. Also I need to add comments on the professionalism of Dominic Muro and his associate (I lost his name, sorry) when it came time for the installation of ductwork to the laundry room. There were absolutely no problems, and they were complete and wrapped up in about half the time my wife and I were expecting. Great guys, very capable, a nice neat and professional job! Always a good experience with Canyon State, from start to finish!

I engaged Canyon States HVAC for plumbing issues and was visited by Victor who viewed those issues and explained the various solutions. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Victor performed all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I will continue to use Canyon States in the future.

We made an appointment on a Saturday and they came out very quick for yearly maintenance. Joshua was amazing great HVAC technician!! Previously we had Gavin and they were both amazing. Very happy with the service that we got from Canyon State. We will be telling our friends.
