I called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment to have my hot water heater replaced. I spoke to the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. A plumber was at my house Monday before 8am and the job was completed in a little over an hour. The plumber was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Beware of this company. They came to my home to fix my furnace and the technician wasn’t even at my home for more than three hours. I get hit with a bill in the mail weeks later with $600 being charged for labor. The bill was not itemized. There were no details indicating the rate of labor or the amount of time the technician was here. I called the company. They said the technician was here for around 2.75 hours, which is accurate, but here’s what happened. He came to my house at 7:46am when I told them to come after 8am. He looked at it and said he needed to get the part. He comes back a few hours later and fixes it. They charged me labor for the time it took for the technician to get the part. He was gone for hours before he came back, and I’m supposed to pay for that time? That just seems insane to me and like a very poor business practice. There is nothing I can do. Giving one star because, yes, they did indeed fix my heat. At least they have that going for them.
Good service, but poor customer care and communication. I thought my account was good and current but they lacked telling me they were closing my account even though I was paid up. Brought up 2020 (the pandemic) and 2024 when I informed them I needed to make payments because of a personal matter, as well as the bill was almost $300 just to restart my pilot light on my hot water heater?? Why wait until I call back to let me know they were closing my account? Why not send a letter or call me? It’s not a problem to take my business elsewhere where hopefully there’s better rates and customer support.
