Chaz Ritchie really took care of me and my family when he came around. Within 30 minutes after the initial phone call he was already parked in my driveway and his equipment was already remedying my situation. I had other plumbers before him that stiffed me offering temporary relief using a $22 Water Bladder and Chaz showed up with his 120ft Snake, his camera system, and his wealth of knowledge and brought my 9 days of suffering to an end. I learned so much from him. This man deserves the best because that's what he brings to the table! I'm forever grateful for the experience that i had with a genuine character who's only mission was to ensure that we were taken care of.

I had my floor drain back up. Was referred to Chaz. Called him and he was at my house within 30 minutes 勞 Gave him a hand with some of the heavy equipment. Taught me some things. Don’t sleep on the older guys and don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty with him. You scratch my back, I scratch yours. Good guy and I’ll definitely be using him in the future. Very fair pricing as well

“Don’t call anyone else except Chaz Richie” Friday night at 8:00our tenant called and said there’s water coming out of the floor drain. I called my HVAC guy ( Foerst HVAC) and he said “dont call anyone else except Chaz Richie” don’t text, just call him. I got ahold of him at 8:30 and he was at the gentle by 9!!!! Fixed the problem and very fair price. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. 
