Chris and Shaun did an amazing job of replacing my boiler. They responded to my request quickly, sourced a new boiler the same day and fitted it for me the next morning. They were professional, knowledgeable, calm, reassuring, clean and tidy, did the job efficiently, and made sure everything worked properly before they left. They also helped me out with a leaky bathroom tap while they were here. I was so impressed with their service and can highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I want to share our side of the experience because the plumber’s response to the earlier review does not reflect the facts. (Ivaylo Troanski). 1. You mentioned that by the time the call out fee was paid you committed to other works. You could have simply told that the appointment would now be in the afternoon. Not wait until I pay and then let me know. Plus you also stated that I mentioned someone is home all day so I'm guessing that means you can show up any time as we can clearly see on the picture. 2 Regarding the comment about tradespeople sitting in their van. I'm very aware that you use your van as a mobile office and I'm fine with that. Problem is you behaved like you ain't got time and need to get somewhere ASAP when you actually didn't 3. My issue being resolved in 3 hours. The first point of contact of contact was 8:14 am as we can see on the pictures yet you didn't show up until 14:00pm. I'm sure that's not 3 hours but more like 6 hours and as you stated we had no heating or hot water so not really a priority is it ? 4.Your reply to my initial review including the false claims you made , despite the clear photos as evidence just confirms my original bereavement and 1 star review. Avoid this cowboy !!! 鸞

Good pricing, worked quickly, professionally and to a high standard. Chris went the extra mile for us checking the gas pipe for the hib for safety when doing our boiler and found there to be a leak. Felt confident in his work and he left no mess. He also did some great brickwork when replacing the boiler. We will defo use again and recommend
