Wow, these guys were professional and extremely polite. The initial visit with Chris and Greg was amazing, we had an entire new unit replaced and feel good about the deal we made. I most of all admired their honesty and ability to provide every answer to all of my questions without feeling pressured by any of it. When Guy and Wes showed up for the install I was even more impressed with their friendly manner and professional work. I checked in with them regularly and was very happy with the work they were doing every step of the way. And when George showed up to oversee it I was even more appreciative. I'm impressed and very thankful to have dealt with all 5 of these people. A company is only as strong as its weakest link and I truly loved the work that was done. I feel even more confident in the purchase and look forward to having them come out for any other work.

I highly recommend Christian Bros Plumbing! I had a sort of emergency plumbing situation that needed fixed right away. I was nervous to call a plumber because in my years of being a homeowner, I’ve not had an amazing experience with one. I called Christian Bros because I knew they were a big company and could take care of this right away. I was very satisfied with their customer service! The two plumbers that came to my home were friendly, honest and were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. It required a longer time frame than expected and they were willing to get the job done that day. They explained everything thoroughly and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely be using Christian Bros for other services in the future.

I was having a new washer and dryer installed and the installation crew could not remove the tube attached to the cold water line. They recommended that I call a plumber so I called Christian Bros right away. They dispatched Alfonso who arrived within 2 hours. He quickly assessed the problem, provided us with options, and immediately began working on the selected option. He did the work promptly and fully cleared up afterwards.He explained everything to us and ensured that we were satisfied before he left. We had our washer and dryer operational on the same day when a few hours earlier it looked like that would not be possible. Alfonso did a great job and we highly recommend him to others.

I had a water line that was leaking and I was so excited that they were able fit me in on New Years Eve! My tech Alfonso was great! He was so kind and professional. First of all, Kudos to Christian Brothers for getting out here same day, which happened to be the day after Thanksgiving! Our dryer blew an internal fuse, which the repair man said is most often caused by trapped lint. I didn't want to take any chances with 3 kids and our pets in the home, so I called several places that either weren't working or had no availability. I'm so glad Christian Brothers had a spot for us. Our Technician James was great. We knew when he was coming and what he looked like even before he arrived. He inspected our dryer vent outlet and found a bunch of lint that could have started a fire. He climbed up on the roof to take pictures and make sure it was all clear before he left. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was very comprehensive, and after he left we were able to use our dryer again without worry. Thank you James. And thank you Christian Brothers!

We are very happy with the service we received from Joe Pompa. He called ahead of time, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem , and fixed it quickly. Very pleased with George and James that came to check on my central heater. I had bought it with another company 4 months ago 2 new Central units A/C and Heater for my two story home. This week I turned on the heater on and it was only blowing cold air. The company did not install it correctly and was not coming to check on it despite multiple multiple call to them. I called Christian Brothers ( I had seen the van at the Walmart parking lot) and James and George were very professional and pleasant and were able to diagnose the issue and fix the wiring problem. I am very pleased with the work well done. I also had a shower issue and they sent Gilbert who was very professional and took care of the problem asap. Highly recommend them to anyone including my parents that have scheduled an appt this week with them.

The technician not only did the job but explained things thoroughly. It wasn't just. "Your thermostat cord's protective layer is old and starting to crumble.". Instead he showed the multiple wires inside and said which parts were responsible to getting signals to and from the air conditioner thermostat and how/why they weren't completing the transfer. It was nice to see a more complete picture. A lot of techs wouldn't take that amount of time to do this. The gentleman was kind, friendly, and willing to educate. The Christian Brothers tech also went out of his way to ensure that we got the thermostat that best fit our needs and budget. The other company that inspected why the thermostat wasn't working, promptly gave one option which was the most costly. The other company's technician was hurried and barely spoke. I would definitely recommend the technician that served us and The Christian Brothers company. In addition to their great service, the bill from them was half the cost of what I would have paid the other company. I was astonished. That was awesome.

Christian Brothers made room in their schedule to see about an urgent plumbing concern at our home, on the same day they were called. They are very professional, respectful, and pleasant to work with. One example among others—They were great about putting on indoor plastic slippers over their shoes every time they came into the house, which they had to do often, and each time without complaint or rolling eyes. Although our issue could not be fixed straight away, they made sure that we understood (and agreed to) what was happening, why and how it needs to be fixed in the near future. They drove 40 miles to see us on the spot, thoroughly checked things over, gave us their expert opinion, and then made this first visit complimentary. We are impressed. I would recommend that anyone in the Phoenix area to give them a call when plumbing, a/c or electrical service is needed.
