What an amazing experience with Christian Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. We purchased our first house this summer and it has been nothing short of a nightmare experience. But what made it a little less chaotic was the support and service from the team at Christian. James came and helped us to make the decision to get a new unit for the house. With his guidance and instruction to fit our needs and budget that we could afford. We only had to wait 2 days for the installation team to fit us on the schedule and we are up and running and the house is heating up nicely. Now we just need to learn the new technology. Being older we do not often learn how to operate the newest technology. But it’s touch screen

Samuel Craig came today and cleaned the pump and the burners of our heating system. He also worked on the humidifier, which has not worked correctly since it was installed. Many technicians have worked on it but I think Samuel is the first one to fix it. The humidity has risen since he worked on it this morning. He checked and double checked the humidifier and definitely is better! I am very happy with his work!!

Every half hour, there is a banging sound from a brand new HAVC at a brand new home. Installer and project manager both couldn’t solve the problem. And the project manager wants me waiting for 7 days more to find where the sound coming from. I spoke to Pat. She understands my situation. She set up an appointment for me next day, and waved the diagnosis fee as well. I really want to thanks Pat and Conrad what ever they did for peaceful my mind. Christian Heating is a very honest and compassionate company with professional technician. I would highly recommend them.

Christian was so helpful in addressing our HVAC issues quickly! We had an old system and were ready for a new system. James was so polite and knowledgeable, and they gave us an affordable option, and scheduled an installation for the next day. Tarik was then incredible to work with the next day! Was so friendly and gave us the full rundown of what was done. Now we’re not stuck in the middle of winter with poor heat circulation! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

We needed an inspection and recommendation on electrical panel / system issues. Electrician Aaron was super knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly. He provided four options for resolving the problem and we will do the work soon. Thorough and timely communications with Christian make the entire process easy. Highly recommend.

Service performed was a routine semi-annual maintenance on my geothermal unit. Technician was on time, courteous and professional. Explained everything he was doing as he checked the system. Determined that the capacitor, while functioning, was operating with lower than ideal capacity and recommended replacement sooner than later. Suggested that the coils needed cleaning. Provided me with a proposal for addressing both issues. No pressure sales tactics. Thorough inspection.

1. In the past two years or so Christian Heating and Cooling has changed their annual services for the furnace and central air into a big sales pitch laced with statements of you'll void your warranty if you don't buy some service. 2. Their scheduling has gone downhill in quality. They canceled on the day of when I had already rearranged my work schedule. Then they offered to schedule on a weekend. However, they said they couldn't give a time until the day before. When I called the day before, they said they couldn't commit to a time, and I had to push to get a four-hour time window (12 - 4). When that day came, I started getting texts and calls just after 10:00 AM. When I called to find out why this was, I was told they had switched their scheduling model where they give an all-day window and call when the tech is available. They even threw in some line about how this benefits customers. It doesn't, it benefits them! 3. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the supervisor would call. I continued to get texts saying the tech was on his way. So I called back and got attitude from the dispatcher saying no supervisors work on Sunday (they day they scheduled me), She just spoke with me blah blah blah. When I asked why I continued to get texts, she didn't have an answer for that. 4. With the above list of issues, I am going to look into switching to another company to do the required annual services to maintain my warranty (pending a discussion with a supervisor). If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new HVAC system, I suggest you think twice and buy from a different company and/or get assurances around the services and requirements before purchasing from Christian. When it was MoreVent, before merging with other companies and rebranding under Christian, the service was better. But, no more. Update (6/3/2026): despite a prompt (probably automated) reply on here I called in shortly after (same day) only to be tolld no manager was available. I called in twice this week. No manager could be reached, another message was supposedly left with the manager to call. Still no call back. This firther underscores the extremely poor management and lack of customer service.

I am absolutely pleased with the service that I got. The installers were amazing. They got to work and didn't stop until the job was done. My basement was cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. Everything was explained to me that was going to be done and they walked me through the new system and thermostat when they were done. I would definitely recommend Christian to anyone. I'm glad that I chose them.

I wanted to thank Gus for his hard work today. He replaced my electric box and outside meter. It was a big job and he handled it with professionalism and skill. It’s hard to find a company you can rely on to consistently do high quality work. I’m glad to be able to call on Christian HVAC and can trust the job is done right the first time.
