These guys at City Creek Plumbing are TOP TIER AMAZING. Response time after initial contact was prompt and attentive. Guys showed up at the scheduled time, work was done perfectly, our custom shower was hooked up as promised and we now have a new shower and enough hot water to turn my hot wife into prune skinned happiness! If we ever need plumbing work done Ashley at City Creek will be our first call!!!

Recently purchased a home and wanted to swap out the main water supply valve coming into the home to a more dependable style of valve. Ashley was very helpful and walked me through my options. They were prompt with their estimate and quick to send a service tech. Kelly was great! Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

City Creek was quick to respond to a very time critical situation involving an outside hose bib that had been cut and was spraying water everywhere that could have held up several other projects that I was having installed at the time if it was not resolved so promptly but thankfully they took care of it early the next day easily and professionally with zero hassle at a very decent rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super professional all the way around. From initial contact to finished less than 15 hours in a non emergency situation. They changed a failing water heater and a 20 year old water softener. I wish I would have asked for the Plumber/ Tech’s names before they left. After picture attached.

Ashley was great to work with for the estimate and answering all my questions before installation day. Carter did a great job on the installation, cleaned up everything at the end of the job, and was very helpful to answer all my questions regarding necessary maintenance for our new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend City Creek Plumbing and will use them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

Called City Creek and Ashley was at my house in less than 45 minutes. Our water heater busted and water was all over floor. Having someone come by that fast was probably some luck but I can’t thank him enough for coming asap. We went with a tankless upgrade which we don’t regret. Super professional, very efficient and the workmanship was top notch and meticulous. Clean-up was impeccable which is always appreciated. This is small business and you won’t be charged for the massive overhead compared to the larger 24/7 larger commercial ones. I highly recommend Ashley and his team. I do not just give out 5 stars as I’ve had a wide spectrum of experiences with contractors. If we ever have additional plumbing work that needs to be done we will be calling city creek again.

Ashley and his team are absolutely amazing. Best price and great clean work. Made everything simple and easy. Had them install a bathtub, tank less water heater and soft water tank. Done in a day and a lot less then I was able to find elsewhere for the same product.
