He was professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue and the solution with no pressure and no upselling—just honest guidance. Ian arrived first thing the next morning with his team and a new hot water heater, and by 10:00 AM—less than 12 hours after my call—we had hot water fully restored. There were no emergency fees, no surprise charges, and the final cost was exactly what he quoted, which was very reasonable. They even completed some additional work at a discounted rate since they were already onsite. The installation was efficient, clean, and done right the first time.
