As an above-the-knee amputee, I cannot safely go without hot water, so this was critical—not just an inconvenience. I called City Plumbing and Ian returned my call within 30 minutes. He was professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue and the solution with no pressure and no upselling—just honest guidance. Ian arrived first thing the next morning with his team and a new hot water heater, and by 10:00 AM—less than 12 hours after my call—we had hot water fully restored. There were no emergency fees, no surprise charges, and the final cost was exactly what he quoted, which was very reasonable. They even completed some additional work at a discounted rate since they were already onsite. The installation was efficient, clean, and done right the first time. City Plumbing’s office staff is top tier. Krista, Des & Karlene made the scheduling process seamless. Jeff also know as “Ringer” came out to service my high efficient boiler, he was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I’ve previously had Joe R, Pat, JD & Phil at my house for services all were extremely knowledgeable & provided more than fair pricing. City Plumbers are my go to plumbers : )

First rate experience with City Plumbing and their technician Joe R. Had our sink, faucet, and disposal disconnected and then reconnected after getting a new countertop and sink. They were very easy to work with and Joe did a great job on our project. I had a toilet leak problem several weeks later and after the first good experience with City Plumbing didn’t hesitate to call them for this new issue. Mike got the job done and repaired my leak quickly. He did a quality job and left my place clean. Thanks to Mike and City for the continued great service.

The pipes underneath my sink finally gave out. I called City Plumbing and Mike came out the next day. Mike not only replaced the broken pipe, he also installed a new drain for the sink. He did it under an hour and at a reasonable price. The whole process was really easy.
