Toilet repair lasted only three days past their 30 day warranty, and failed worse than the original problem. The materials they used were cheap and flimsy enough that I’m surprised they lasted 35 days. While completing the requested work, they broke the lid off of my toilet seat, placed it on top of the toilet, like nothing was wrong, and left without telling me. When I ran out to the truck to ask them about it, they just said it wasn’t their fault because the lid was old anyway. I have the names of my service people, but I am not going to list them here, because I’m not sure if this was their own failing, or whether they were following poor company policies. Either way, my experience was unacceptable, and I would never recommend.
