Mark went the extra mile and resolved issues I was not immediately aware of. He also made suggestions to help reduce the risk of the issue in the future. On top of that, CPH was able to get a technician to the house well in advance of the expected schedule. Thank you very much for the timely and professional service.

I called yesterday and said our heater was not working. I was immediately given an appointment for first thing the next morning. The came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and informed us our heating system has a 20 year warranty. They will verify with the company and we will only be charged labor for the install. I highly recommend.

We were having issues with our heater, we called them out twice and they couldn’t find the issue. Had no heat in our house with 2 kids 3 and under for a weekend when then warmest it got was into the teens. We had to spend the night at a friend’s house. We ended up figuring out the problem on our own and fixing it on our own. So we paid CPH $275 to not get our heat fixed. When we called to follow up with them after we had fixed it ourselves, they were full of excuses and unapologetic. We will not be calling them again.

Chris and Christian from Cocalico Plumbing & Heating (CPH) performed superb HVAC service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They covered the entryway with drop cloths to protect the floor, wore boot covers in the house, and covered items in the work space to protect them from any debris. They worked quickly to address the issues and knew exactly how to perform the necessary service. I am planning to use CPH for air conditioning and heating system preventive maintenance in the spring and fall. I would highly recommend CPH to anyone looking for expert service and quality work.

We had new lines, a pump and laundry sink installed for our basement washer set up. From the quote to completion, everything was professional, super friendly staff and great communication! Doug along with his teammate were very knowledgeable and explained everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would highly recommend CPH!!

Our tech Mark and helper Brian were punctual. They did toilet repairs on two toilets in a timely fashion. Everything was neat and clean when they left. Very pleased with their work and Thoroughness. I have more work to be done and I will be calling Cacalico Plumbing and heating again. B. Pogue
