Collins All About Water definitely deserves a five-star rating. Its people did an excellent job of replacing a water heater and installing a two-component water purification system. On his own time, the lead person, Eric Drummond, came to my house on a Sunday to assess what I needed and prepare a very reasonable estimate. He and a second installer arrived about two weeks later to do the installation. It consisted in the garage in addition to the water heater an Eco Water conditioner/refiner and, inside my kitchen, an under sink drinking water system. Immediately upon their arrival, Eric and his associate had the units and their accompanying parts ready to go. Part of the work required the extension of a pipe through a wall to an outdoor tap. It also required a special electrical connection that Eric devised. The job took four hours, less time than I expected. They did not, however, rush the work. They were extremely courteous. It clear they cared that I would be satisfied. I especially appreciated Eric’s highly informed instructions on operating the two water systems. Great experience. If I should have water needs in the future, Collins is who I will call.

From our intitial meeting with Tyrell via our Costco appointment, to Hunter the service/installer, such a pleasure to work with! Tyrell was GREAT in understanding what we wanted to put in place and helping us make the best choice for what we wanted. Eric gave fabulous service every minute that he was here. It is because of his service and knowledge and care that I even ordered the new water softener. Eric made me feel valued and heard the entire time he was here and made sure that I understood everything about my new softener and the app. I am very glad he was the person that came to my house today.

I recently had my six-month service completed on my reverse osmosis system, and I want to recognize that the technician who came out did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work efficiently. The service itself was exactly what I expect. For context, I have been a customer of this company for well over 25 years. The reverse osmosis system currently in my home is actually the third generation unit they have installed for me over the years, and the service technicians have consistently been knowledgeable and professional. However, about a week before this most recent service appointment, I received a notice that the price of my annual service contract would be increasing by 37.98%. That is a fairly substantial jump. In fairness to the company, they have not raised prices in many years, so an adjustment was probably inevitable. That said, increasing the rate by nearly 38% all at once is difficult for customers to absorb. In my opinion, smaller incremental increases over time would be easier for long-time customers to plan around and manage. I value the quality of the technicians and the service itself, but I do hope management takes a closer look at how pricing adjustments are handled going forward. As a long-time customer, I will certainly be paying close attention to how rates are managed when my annual plan renews next year.

I recently had Collins Comfort Master install a full Lennox Elite system (EL18KCV AC and SL280 furnace), and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. It began with Victoria, who provided great engineering suggestions for my son’s west-facing room that was becoming overly warm. She was fantastic to work with, helping me negotiate an equipment package and a final price that truly met my needs. Based on her recommendations, the installation included custom duct modifications—like resizing flex ducting and rerouting a jump duct—to ensure the room finally stays cool. The installation team arrived exactly as scheduled and followed the manufacturer's precise specifications for a clean, high-standard setup. They were strategic about equipment placement and meticulous about protecting my home, using floor coverings and keeping the work area organized throughout the day. As a bit of a techie, the standout for me is the Lennox S40 thermostat. It’s a very cool piece of hardware with a sharp 7-inch HD touchscreen that feels like a true command center for the home.The crew at Collins was top-notch—professional, efficient, and clearly expert at handling these advanced systems. They took the time to calibrate everything for maximum comfort and showed me exactly how to use the new tech. Victoria also made herself completely available throughout the process, including following up post-install to handle any questions about the thermostat, warm spots, or other concerns. If you're looking for a high-tech, high-efficiency setup with a professional install to match, I highly recommend them!

Had to drop our score down to a one star because of Ty the water guy. He sold us an idea of following through and keeping promises but failed to keep those promises. Overall, the system is working great. However, I asked about alkaline water for our drinking water. That's what I already had and I told Ty this on the day he came to our consultation. He told me that he be able to get us the alkaline attachment and comp it as a customer complaint issue. When I followed up on that he was very avoidant and acted as if he didn't remember telling me that. He then told me to follow up with him after our 30-day follow-up appointment, which he was late to by the way, the day that he was supposed to originally come he completely ghosted me didn't show up and had to reschedule and then blamed it on his trainee, and when I did, he ghosted again. These guys are good at telling you what you need to hear to get the sale and then ghosting in my lived experience. We had a wonderful experience today with a sales agent named Ty "The Water Guy" through the Costco program with Collins Comfort Masters. From start to finish, Ty was a true professional. What stood out most was how much he respected our specific requests and truly listened to our concerns. Instead of a one-size-fits-all pitch, he worked with us to create a customized package that actually fit our needs and budget. Ty guided us through the entire process, clearly explaining everything from the initial installation to long-term maintenance. We actually made our decision to move forward yesterday specifically because of his professionalism, his deep knowledge of the subject, and his genuine passion for clean water. If you are looking for a seamless experience and someone who actually cares about the quality of your home's water, we cannot recommend Ty and the team at Collins Comfort Masters enough!

We had our air conditioning units (2 Lennox 5 Ton Elite Series units) replaced by Collins Comfort Masters. The team- Jared, Taylor, Silvano, Garrett, and Jamahl worked diligently throughout the day and was able to replace our units in a very professional and efficient manner. The team was directed by Daryl in planning and setting up the best possible solution for a not so easy installation and setup.
