Collins Commercial Services was highly recommended to us. So, after trying to deal with our plumbing problem for three days, we gave them a call and they sent us Brian. My husband and I felt so comfortable around him. He was friendly and willing to answer all of our questions, whether the questions were asked before, during or after his visit. His work showed that he was skilled and knew what he was doing. And, what he did, he did very well. As he repaired our plumbing, he was neat and organized, and when the job was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up all the areas he had worked in. We could not have asked for a better plumber. Collins Commercial Services delivers again!! This is not the first time we have used Collins, and will not be the last. Wife and I purchased a home with no natural gas. There was no need for us to "quote shop" because my experience with them in the past has proven that they are extremely fair with pricing, but most importantly, I know the quality of work I will be getting. The installers Bill and Darren were exceptional! Glen came out and walked the property to write up the workourder. He has been involved with every step of the process. All were very patient, attentive and they answered all of my questions, no matter what they were. The work was completed on time and the quality was superior. Bill and Darren worked closely with the propane company to coordinate the install and to ensure that all permits were requested and received. The Job: 1. Run new propane lines to a spa heater 2. Run new propane line to a fireplace 3. Run line and stub for outdoor kitchen 4. Run 3/4 galvanized pipe clear to the other side of the home and punch through to provide propane for an interior cooktop. NOT a small job. Lots of trenching and dirt. Carl is a very professional plumber did an outstanding job on fixing my cloged drain. Major project had to open up the floor and replace the entire line down to the main. Turned out awesome. No more issues. Thanks Carl

Eric showed up to help fix some plumbing problems we were having At our shop! We had two other guys show up before and wow what a difference Eric made! He was clean and courteous and very respectful of our property. Asked anytime he needed anything and took care of our problem without having to cut up our walls. I can’t say enough good things about Collins commercial services. I had a plumbing emergency and they responded incredibly fast. They showed up quickly, were professional, and immediately got to work fixing the problem. They explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation so much easier. The quality of their work was excellent and the price was fair. If you ever need a plumber who is reliable and responds fast in an emergency, I highly recommend them. Absolutely outstanding service.
