Josh did a fantastic job installing our EV charger. He was quick, efficient, and professional. He also made sure we got our charger installed as soon as possible. Great customer service!

Malik is the man! Phenomenal customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. I had some mini-splits that were dead, and a furnace humidifier unit that hasn't worked for years. Malik came out and diagnosed the problems quickly, fixing the mini-splits on the same day, and clearly articulating that the humidifier needed some parts to be ordered. Once the parts came in, the team reached out to me quickly to set up a follow-up appointment. The day after the humidifier was fixed, it sprang a leak. Malik was back in about an hour to help diagnose it. It turns out the leak was unrelated to the work Malik had done, but he still helped diagnose and fix it. The only downside with Connect is that if you reply to some of the emails they send out, they go to a dead address. As someone who prefers email communication, this was a pain, but should be an easy IT fix. Other than that, tops across the board.

Kayden was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Although we are not in a position to purchase a water softener right now, I am looking forward to having him help us as soon as we are financially able. I would highly recommend Plumber On Csll to anyone.
