20yr old water heater failed. Having used Cool Blew for AC repair and replacement and other home maintence in plumbing and AC I had built up trust in their pricing and professionalism so when it became a replacement scenario I had them quote a Tank less system and chose that route. Edward (with assistance from Carl and Miguel) did excellent work. Clean install, cleaned up after themselves.

The receptionist that took our call for service on a Saturday morning was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Edward arrived quickly, assessed our repair needs, gave an overview of what might be needed, cost and time and got right to work. He finished quickly and was truly excited to tell us that what could have been a much more serious and costly repair would be much less serious. He completed and tested the repair and cleaned up so meticulously. He reviewed every step of the process and made recommendations for care moving forward. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and skilled and a great communicator. We have always had honest, top quality work from Cool Blew at a very fair price. And on a Saturday!!! Thank you! I called because my Rheem water heater wouldn’t connect to my new internet WiFi. Edward contacted Rheem and after a couple of calls to different customer service people we finally got connected. He drained and serviced my water heater. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. There was no BS or upselling, just honest customer service and quality workmanship.

I had Cool Blew perform some work at our place of business. The person's name that performed the work was Jim Smith. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem extremely fast and accurate. After he performed the initial work on the problem he took time to verify and check that the problem. The problem was resolved and was in working condition the way it was suppose to be. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this person and company to perform this type of work. Fraud warning Company was assigned to a repair a tub handle from a home warranty work order. After sending pictures and conversing with the company on the phone they told me the problem would be covered and an easy fix. Now enter the bait-n-switch. After arriving at our house and looking at the issue, the technician called the home warranty company stating he could not repair because there was no handle. Same handle pictured and discussed during the previous phone call. The technician told the home warranty company they would handle the repair and left. Taking the deductible money with him. Questionable red flag because our warranty company has fixed handles on facets/tubs multiple times throughout our house. came when the technician returned knocking at the door 10 minutes later saying even though he could not fix the issue under the warranty and my deductible was forfeited, he would be happy to give an estimate for him to fix it for an additional cost not covered by the warranty company. Could not have been more of a scam job!!!

We had a water leak which ended up being a pipe in the ceiling. Contacted Cool Blew who was able to come out the same day and find the leak and fix it. The technician Edward was friendly, knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and have it remedied quickly. This is the first time I have used the plumbing division. We have used the AC division for years.
