Once I paid in full, Brynden “ghosted” me. He has ignored my attempts for 2 months to Contact him about his failure to finish the job. He never returned to complete the job, one portion of his work was done incorrectly and I have paid another company to correct his work & resulting damage. He left my home a filthy mess covered in concrete dust which required a professional deep clean. He damaged my ceiling and chipped my moldings which still need repair. In addition to the extensive job he never completed, two simple toilet flappers were installed incorrectly. I have paid thousands to correct his errors and The job itself is still incomplete. He ignored contact from the BBB.

Brynden and his guys have been doing my plumbing for the last 8 years. They're responsive and polite, they care that you get an excellent product, and they're reasonably priced. They do all my maintenance and did a full renovation of my bathroom. I highly recommend them.

Brynden Craig Plumbing is responsive, on time, and their work is both top flight and reasonably priced. Previously, we used a "Big Name" company in Philly until they wouldn't stand behind their work. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service we have received from Brynden P&H during the last two years.
