Very impressed with Custom Plumbing and particularly my plumber, Andrew. He found issues I didn't know existed and immediately called for mitigation to prevent further damage. The toilets he installed are working perfectly. His attention to detail is above reproach and I've asked that he install the final toilet once repairs are complete. Very grateful to have found a plumbing company I can rely on for any future needs.

We were in need of emergency service for our business. We had a water heater problem. It was 9:00 PM on December 23rd. Custom Plumbing were the only ones to respond to our call. Jessie the general manager is the one who came to the site. He was upfront about the cost for the service call and it was a responsible price for an after hours call $69.99. He proceeded to trouble shoot the problem. He went out of his way to find the issue and even went as far as tracing the issue all the way back the breaker in the electrical panel. Once he found the issue he told us not to worry about the fee that he would take care of it. What a stand up guy! We highly recommend Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Their customer service is way above any others. With his help we were able to get our problem fixed the next day. Thank you Jessie!
