Very impressed with Custom Plumbing and particularly my plumber, Andrew. He found issues I didn't know existed and immediately called for mitigation to prevent further damage. The toilets he installed are working perfectly. His attention to detail is above reproach and I've asked that he install the final toilet once repairs are complete. Very grateful to have found a plumbing company I can rely on for any future needs.

We were in need of emergency service for our business. We had a water heater problem. It was 9:00 PM on December 23rd. Custom Plumbing were the only ones to respond to our call. Jessie the general manager is the one who came to the site. He was upfront about the cost for the service call and it was a responsible price for an after hours call $69.99. He proceeded to trouble shoot the problem. He went out of his way to find the issue and even went as far as tracing the issue all the way back the breaker in the electrical panel. Once he found the issue he told us not to worry about the fee that he would take care of it. What a stand up guy! We highly recommend Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Their customer service is way above any others. With his help we were able to get our problem fixed the next day. Thank you Jessie!

Scheduled an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet straightforward job, nothing fancy. When the plumber arrived, he pulled out a binder and said the price to replace the faucet would be $1000 if they supplied it or $700 if I supplied my own. I told him I already found a $40 faucet on Amazon and just wanted it installed since I’m selling the house and don’t need anything expensive. Instead of giving a reasonable estimate, he asked if we were “replacing the sink too,” clearly trying to upsell. When I asked what their hourly rate was, he said he didn’t know because he works on commission. That told me everything I needed to know this wasn’t a service call, it was a sales pitch. The whole thing felt deceptive and like a complete waste of time. The actual install takes about an hour, and I later found a local handyman who did it perfectly for $75 total. If you’re considering using this company, just know they use a “price book” system designed to inflate small jobs into big-ticket projects. Be prepared for high-pressure upselling and vague pricing. I’d recommend finding a smaller, honest plumber or handyman instead.

Andrew and his assistant totally saved us! We had just moved into our home when the water softener broke sending small resin sand beads throughout the house causing all of the toilets to become plugged and stopped working. What a mess (and inconvenience for sure!) Andrew did a quick assessment, purchased the needed materials and in under two hours, had figured out how to unplug the lines and fix the toilets. Both he and his assistant were kind, courteous and efficient. We will always call Custom Plumbing for our plumbing needs! I highly recommend! (They will also be putting in our new water softener!)

Custom plumbing was the first company to call me back when I needed help. The technician that arrived, Andrew Marquez, was professional, courteous, and easy to speak with. He reassured me that he could get things resolved quickly and at a reasonable price, which is rare these days. Andrew kept me informed at every stage of the project, made himself available for follow up questions and worked hand in hand with the restoration company to fix my plumbing and subsequent water damage. I have worked with several plumbing companies, but none of them came close to providing this level of client focused service. I will always call Andrew for this home, or any home in the future.

I recently had an excellent experience with Mark Auld from Custom Plumbing of Arizona, and I can honestly say he is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. I called about a water leak near my meter, and Custom Plumbing of Arizona quickly diagnosed it as an underground mainline leak where the PVC pipe connected to the gate valve at the meter. The repair was no small job — the line was buried nearly three feet deep — but Mark worked tirelessly to excavate the area and properly stub up the line with copper, reconnecting the service line to the meter the right way. What impressed me most was how meticulous and thorough he was. He carefully explained the problem, took photos, and walked me through everything so I fully understood what was happening. Even though he was covered in mud from digging all day, he remained incredibly professional, friendly, and positive. After a full day of hard work, Mark even returned the next day to check his work and he fixed a small pinhole leak on the meter to make absolutely sure the job was completely finished. That level of follow-through and integrity is rare. Throughout the process, Mark was always responsive to my calls and texts and kept me updated. His communication, workmanship, and attitude truly set the standard for what service should look like. Mark Auld represents his company exceptionally well and builds real trust with customers.
