**Update** Another stellar electrical job performed with the utmost knowledge and professionalism. New bathroom ceiling fan/light. I’m very pleased with their services. What they promise is what they deliver. Installed a new living room ceiling fan and I’m very pleased with the results. D Baker Services does quality work. Excellent customer service and respects customers. Provides a reasonable quote before the job. I will have them out again to my house for projects on my bucket list.

Found my water heater had a leak last week before the new year. They couldn’t make it out to do an estimate but worked with me and through pictures and texts they got what they needed and sent me an estimate the next day. They were very affordable compared to other estimates I received. They were very detailed in the estimate as far as the work they were going to do, what they were going to supply and use to do the work. They came today to do the work. They were very professional and worked very quickly and efficiently, especially considering the small crawl space they had to work with. Very good work I would highly recommend them.

Our company had a major plumbing issue where the septic drain line plugged and backed up to where the sinks and toilets were not functional and we had to close the office. The Baker crew were extremely responsive and came out THE SAME DAY and dug out and replaced the 100' drain line in an afternoon!!!! Unheard of service from an extremely professional crew on the shortest possible notice. Could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend D.Baker Services!!! Stand up company willing to go the extra mile!!

My wife and I recently contacted D Baker Services for a second opinion on a plumbing blockage in our home. Upon review of the situation, Dylan worked with us through the day and eventually contacted another local business with the equipment to both clear the drains and inspect their condition. When we were still not sure if we would have to excavate for repairs, he took the time to contact local authorities and get utilities located. This business was prepared and maintains strong local relationships to finish repairs in a timely. manner, and without any ridiculous sales tactics.

Dylan Baker came out to our house to evaluate our bathroom for a walk-in shower conversion. He didn't ask a single question. He made a few measurements and then said in a couple days he would send us a quote. Several days went by. I heard nothing from Mr. Baker. I called his office and someone there said he would be contacting us soon. I reviewed our contact information with his office staff. They assured me repeatedly he would contact us soon in a couple days. Now it's been over a week and we've heard nothing. So now I would not trust Mr Baker to do this job for us because if you can't even rely on him to even provide or discuss a simple quote, how can you trust him to start and finish a project ?

Dylan helped us with a slew of projects in the last year, including replacing our water heater, upgrading our well water UV light and filtration systems, installing a water softener, and fixing a leaking drain pipe from a tub. He is communicative, always on time, extremely knowledgeable about his work, and fairly priced. We can't recommend him enough for your plumbing needs!
