I just spent 45 minutes riding a glowing review and it didn't post. Sorry guys, you get the abridged version. Zak, who initially did my HVAC maintenance appointment was very honest and forthcoming and advised us not to spend $6,200 in a 12-year unit. We set up an appointment with Ken, their sales consultant for the next morning and our new AC unit was installed Thursday morning by Andrew, Cody, Quinn. They were awesome! We needed duct work. They had that done and the old unit ready to be taken off the roof by the time the crane operator arrived. Their cleanup was as if they were never here. I highly recommend you spend $20 a month and become a VIP member! On a side note that has nothing to do with this crew - I wish the crane operator would have been fully paying attention the entire time he was in our driveway. He had our new AC unit dangling over our house and thought he had time to scroll on his phone. Nothing happened, but have you ever heard of freak accidents?

Theo was great as usual!! He is always very thorough, clean, and communicative. I’m never in the dark about his next steps. He provides informative tips and tricks to keep our unit running smoothly. He also makes sure to advise of other services provided by the company while making sure to remind us of what’s included with our plan. He’s awesome. Day & Night is great and we never have any issues they cannot resolve efficiently!!

Ron provided exceptional service. He was prompt, professional and his work was quality. He spent a great deal of time explaining the product, his work and additional concerns for future problems were pointed out. There was no pressure but he was very knowledgeable. We will use night and day again, but we will be requesting Rob. He was great to work with. This is a second review. After discussions Rob pointed out we needed a new water softener. There was no pressure to buy but he did point out obvious problems we were not aware of. We knew the water softener was old but it was definitely leading to additional problems. Ron was very informative and provided education that helped us make an informed decision. He schedule a second appointment and was able to install a new water softener againHe was prompt. He was professional. We are very pleased with the service!
