I just spent 45 minutes riding a glowing review and it didn't post. Sorry guys, you get the abridged version. Zak, who initially did my HVAC maintenance appointment was very honest and forthcoming and advised us not to spend $6,200 in a 12-year unit. We set up an appointment with Ken, their sales consultant for the next morning and our new AC unit was installed Thursday morning by Andrew, Cody, Quinn. They were awesome! We needed duct work. They had that done and the old unit ready to be taken off the roof by the time the crane operator arrived. Their cleanup was as if they were never here. I highly recommend you spend $20 a month and become a VIP member! On a side note that has nothing to do with this crew - I wish the crane operator would have been fully paying attention the entire time he was in our driveway. He had our new AC unit dangling over our house and thought he had time to scroll on his phone. Nothing happened, but have you ever heard of freak accidents?

Theo was great as usual!! He is always very thorough, clean, and communicative. I’m never in the dark about his next steps. He provides informative tips and tricks to keep our unit running smoothly. He also makes sure to advise of other services provided by the company while making sure to remind us of what’s included with our plan. He’s awesome. Day & Night is great and we never have any issues they cannot resolve efficiently!!

Ron provided exceptional service. He was prompt, professional and his work was quality. He spent a great deal of time explaining the product, his work and additional concerns for future problems were pointed out. There was no pressure but he was very knowledgeable. We will use night and day again, but we will be requesting Rob. He was great to work with. This is a second review. After discussions Rob pointed out we needed a new water softener. There was no pressure to buy but he did point out obvious problems we were not aware of. We knew the water softener was old but it was definitely leading to additional problems. Ron was very informative and provided education that helped us make an informed decision. He schedule a second appointment and was able to install a new water softener againHe was prompt. He was professional. We are very pleased with the service!

Ken was genuine, responsive, and incredibly helpful in walking us through our options and helping us determine what was truly best for our house, no pressure, just honest guidance. When it came time for the install, Luis and his team were outstanding. The work was high-quality, professional, and efficient, and Luis’s attention to detail really stood out. Everything was done carefully and cleanly, and the final result looks and works great. They also have a great maintenance service option that we quickly added as we trust the work they do. A big shoutout as well to the office team as well. They were responsive and quick to schedule, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ken came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our HVAC system. He was incredibly helpful. He took time to fully evaluate our current system and determine what was best for our needs. He explained complex concepts in easy to understand terms and helped us to make the best decision. He was honest, transparent, and very friendly. And, he brought cookies! If you have to replace your HVAC system, I strongly recommend Day & Night and ask for Ken.

I’m happy to say that our experience was awesome. It first started with the woman that answered the phone and gathered my information to set up an appointment. I’m sad that I forgot her name, but I want to share my experience with Michal Orlowski our plumbing technician. He was so professional and very patient explaining everything to me for all the questions and show and tell.. he checked out my tankless water heater and descaled it for me, that was minor compared to the big job that he had to do on the valve that had to be replaced on our outside water pipe, 3 inch valve. Turns out it was quite the job. I’m very blessed that my girlfriend Susie turned me onto this company and I’m very blessed that they sent this amazing technician. I WOULD RECOMMENDED

Andrew King went above and beyond while moving and repiping my underperforming electric on demand hot water heater I've been limping along with for years and installing my water softener and carbon filter systems, taking the time to not only make sure that it was done right but to answer all my questions and explain everything to me to my satisfaction! He also gave me feasible replacement options for for the said electric water heater. Thank you Andy. I highly recommend Day and Night air conditioning and heating! **** Okay, it's been a week or so, and my original, old electric hot water heater just was not cutting it. So I took the option of having Day and Night install an on-demand GAS unit that could handle the load my house uses along with a pressure regulating valve that brought my water pressure down to normal and out of the stratosphere. Andy was back and this time brought a colleague by the name of Ben Castro. Both these young men worked hard, we're polite and professional and did a phenomenal job just like I expected they would. If you want your plumbing done right, get these guys to do it! Thank you again Andy and Ben for your hard work and thank you day and night Plumbing for updating my Plumbing system and giving me something usable. ******* Update 1: Okay so it's been a week since they put in the hot water heater and since day one the transfer valve has been making a chirping noise that bugs the heck out of me. So I called the company and they didn't bicker or argue they simply sent out a Tech by the name of Daniel Beauvais who, after hearing the noise himself, ran and got a fresh transfer valve and new hoses to ensure that any possible defective part was eliminated from the equation. He quickly and competently installed the new valve, mounting it to the wall and routing new hoses for it as well to verify everything should be working 100%. Great job Daniel. 5 Star effort and craftsmanship for sure. ******* Update 2: It's been another week and even the new valve was STILL making noise, so I again contacted the company, who again didn't argue but, immediately sent Tech Logan Littau who went further in depth diagnosing the system and, after consulting with others in his group as well, came to the conclusion that PERHAPS / POSSIBLY it may be a bad batch of valves and they would replace it.... AGAIN under warranty of course. But, this time he / they went further in depth to find a suitable substitute from a different manufacturer that would work much more simply and installed it. That was two days ago and, my hot water heater is working like a thoroughbred racehorse, as well as the built in recirculating pump and this new transfer valve of which I haven't heard a peep out of it since. AGAIN, and HOPEFULLY FOR THE LAST TIME, Great job Logan. 5 Stars for your professionalism, effort and craftsmanship as well. Even with the hiccups I've experienced, considering the efficient and professional service after the sale when I had a problem, I would still highly recommend Day and Night Plumbing to anybody who would ask. ********** Update 3 4-22-26 Okay, now for the air conditioning side of the house. I had day and night come out and perform a pre-summer service of my 8 year old air conditioner. They sent Technician Gonzalo Legarda. This man got to work quickly. He was friendly, professional and it was obvious he knew his trade well. In the process he discovered an issue of some supports for the fan unit internally that had shaken loose with only one still left in place to hold the fan unit up. If left the way it was it was obvious to me that it COULD do some damage. So, after discussing and agreeing on the reasonable price for repair he got to work setting everything right quickly and efficiently with video and pictures of everything. Thank you Gonzalo for your professional knowledgeable work to make sure my system was running at top performance.

Julian did an incredible job for us tonight! Very knowledgeable, was able to do most of the work day of, one part needed so he ordered to arrive tomorrow and will be back to install. Julian Zapata did an excellent job with removal of the old water heater & installing the new one. He seemed very knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. He was also extremely courteous. I would recommend him highly. The cost of the replacement seems high compared with previous experience.

He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, walked us through the repair process, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before starting the work.
