Al came out and fixed a pipe that was over flowing from the washer. It was blocked. Al came out and cleared it. He did a great job and very affordable . We have used this company before. I highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs.

Unfortunatley, this man installed a water heater without my (the home owner's) permission. It was an occupied rental and he took the liberty of buying and installing a new water heater without my consent. He continues to make threats about payment that I have paid off. Do not do business with him.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this plumbing company. They were hired to repipe my home’s water and drain lines, but the experience was disorganized, drawn out, and ultimately costly. Scheduling was consistently difficult, communication was poor, and what was quoted as a 2-day job dragged on for more than 10 days with little regard for disruption to the home. After completion, the work was clearly not done correctly. Multiple leaks developed in both the shower drain and water lines, which resulted in water damage and mold issues. These are serious failures, not minor adjustments. Most concerning is the complete lack of accountability afterward. A 10-year warranty was explicitly provided, yet it has not been honored. Repeated attempts to contact Cody via call, text, and email have gone unanswered. Based on my experience, this company did not stand behind its work and did not handle issues in a professional or responsible manner. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Disaster! Installed water softener and washer incorrectly. Crossed lines. Never returned calls when I noticed problems. Now I’m forced to replace appliances because they are ruined! Never again. So disappointed I trusted Cody Sanchez!
