I was disappointed with the lack of transparency in pricing for the services performed in my home. I was charged $180 an hour, but this rate was never disclosed upfront. When I inquired about the cost, I was told not to worry about it, which was frustrating . Later, I was informed the higher rate was due to the need for an additional driver, which should have been explained beforehand. Their rates are significantly higher than other companies I’ve researched. That said, the job itself was completed adequately, and I had no issues with the quality of work performed. Also, no detailed receipt was provided to me on the work performed, only the AMX charge.

I’ve had Dean do several jobs for me and he is always great to work with. Fair pricing and always very professional. I have referred him to my friends and they have been happy with his services and availability as well. Highly recommend him.

There is a very good reason why everyone gives Dean Phillips five stars! Quality, professionalism and value. The "big box" plumbing companies came out to quote a re-install of our kitchen plumbing after having a new counter top installed, and quoted a flat-rate price of over $600 for the job - including $70 each to install three water-supply valves that I can buy at Ace Hardware for less than $10 each - and could put in myself in less than 10 minutes. DP came out and did a fantastic, professional job, charged by the hour, and the total was just over $200 for the job - and I am sure that they did a much better job. Oh, did I mention honesty? They are our plumbers now, forever!
