Delta Plumbing Repipe and Drains

The main sewer line in my house wasn’t draining and I didn’t know where to turn. I called Delta Plumbing and Gennaro answered the call. He heard my panic and was able to calm me down and said that he would be there to help. He arrived quickly and was very professional and went to work right away addressing the problem. He found the collapse and got me an estimate right away. I have been taken advantage of by the “Ranger” guys, but Gennro was fair and honest. Now I wasn’t expecting rapid service, but that is what I received. His team kept me informed the whole way. When the job was finished…it was if they wear never there. Delta Plumbing showed that they truly care in a time where other companies choose profit over customer care. Gennaro went above and beyond and I can honestly say, “I have a plumbing guy I/you can call.” Thank you so much Delta and a special thanks to Gennaro for showing great customer care and service. 1st appointment cancelled by company and rescheduled for following morning. Tech showed up and was more concerned with upselling me on a much more expensive option than using a proven process that has been used successfully in homes in AZ for years. Job was completed and drain failed same day. Company had another technician show up following morning and we were informed that we could pay again for same process but that it rarely works or they would refund per their advertising. We chose to receive refund and hired a different company that performed same service successfully along with a 90 day warranty. Hopefully they honor their promise of a refund without us having to dispute the charge.

Communication was excellent as well as the work. Done very neatly and amazingly fast. 2 hours after I placed the order they were at the house installing the water heater. The only adverse thing was the job was $120 more than quoted to me. There was a charge for a drip pan that I thought was included in the quote and a charge for a confined space which was really not the case as I could have easily moved the dryer that was next to the water heater before hand if I thought that was going to result in an extra charge. Overall was a great experience and would use Delta Mechanical again.

My kitchen sink will not Drain after my home warranty did the initial unclogging with the snake tool. So I called Delta Plumbing because they are advertising hydrojet cleaning with camera for half price from their initial price. So, I got the person Monday morning the between 8-10 (he came vlose to 10). They send the wrong person. He does not do hydrojet cleaning. They reschedule the following day(Tuesday)in the afternoon. Marcelino came first. Landon the supervisor was 1 hr late. They test the hydrojet. Its broken. They reschedule the following day (Wednesday) between 8-10am. I called the office several times and no one knew who's coming to do the job. Finally Landon showed up around 1pm. He said someone supposedly will do the job and someone will pick up the fix hydrojet. He did the job. Showed me thru the camera the clog and showed me after he cleaned it. Job is done well. PROBLEM IS THE SCHEDULING SUCKS!

I found out my water heater was leaking late Tuesday night. I contacted Delta Mechanical Wednesday morning and they were able to have a tech come out same day and replace my water heater. Sveto was my tech and he was patient with questions, explained what he had to do and was able to get the job done in about an hour. The quality of work is first class, I will be using them again in the future.

Delta Plumbing has done a beautiful Job with our 2 bathroom remodels. They have been on time, polite and knowledgeable. We have especially liked the job that Martin has done. He is very conscientious and neat with his work. He’s on time and has stayed late to finish up whatever he’s working on. I have been in this business before retirement for 28 years and have never come across someone as committed as Martin. He has proven over and over to go the extra mile to make something perfect.

Hey if you see those guys who work on your pipes. Their name is Stan, Marcelino, Jesse, Lance, a couple of guys…. You will see how hardworking and very respectful and help you with any questions and help you with information you needed. Those guys work on my 30 feet long pipe from my washroom to master bathroom for 3-4 days. They even clean everything up everyday. They let you know if there’s any more that need attention by referring me to other company. I’m amazing how well they coordinated the hard long work and stay positive and smile. No way 5 stars are enough for them. They are top qualified guys. I appreciated and thankful that Home Depot referred me to Delta Plumbing. Thank you guys!

Very easy process for water heater through home depot. As soon as i clicked online, they called and set up appointment. Very fair price for installation, I thought. Plumber arrived when they said he would and had me with a new water heater in no time at all. Would definitely use delta again.
