DO NOT TRUST THEM. Came to our house because we wanted to find out about a problem in the basement. Put a whole in the wall, tricked my elderly father into paying them $1800 and said "they would be back" to see where the water was coming from and repair the wall. Never came back, won't return our phone calls. They basically stole $1800 from a hard working family who cares for a 6 year old and an 80 year old. Very disheartening. To be clear they repaired and fixed nothing, gave us 0 information and took advantage of an elderly person to get $1800 for it. Sick
With my emergency HWH distress, Dennis returned my call within 5 minutes. And by chance, he was available to pickup and install a new one. Wonderful Family Practice. Recommend Highly.
