I had a really great experience today. My hot water heater was leaking water all over my basement floor. I called DeRose and not only did they call me back right away, but they were at my house in moments. The job turned out to be 4 different jobs and Ryan was prepared to fix all of them on the spot. He was fast, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond from setting up fans to help dry the water dry to making sure the work area was spotless after. His price could not be beat. Overall 10/10 experience. I even ask him to leave cards so I could recommend to others if they need a plumber.

I was referred to DeRose plumbing through a friend, and it ended up being one of the best referrals I have ever received. The owner operator, Ryan DeRose, is the most courteous, respectful, and intelligent trade professional I have dealt with to date. Everyone working for him also shares the same traits. Extremely easy to communicate with, and very punctual. When we bought our new house, he did a bunch of checks for our home that put us at ease with our purchase like water pressure and quality testing. He also took care of an odd list of things for us, at very fair pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local plumber.

Ryan and his team have been so lovely to work with. We have not had any work done yet, but I have full trust in his team based on our experience so far. Even before I scheduled a quote with DeRose he was already giving me (free!) advice on what might be causing our issue, listened to what I was saying and asked very knowledgeable questions, and graciously recommended another local business in case we need to do full waterproofing to our basement. I will continue to call this team for work in the future based off of their quality and real, human interaction. Incredibly difficult to find this caliber in local contractors, 10/10 would recommend getting a quote. Also very reasonable prices based on local quotes. A company sitused less than 1 mile from us would have been, at minimum, 2x the price for a quote and did not offer the same service we received.

We wanted to keep things local and came upon DeRose Plumbing. Extremely fast response times and easy to communicate with (submitted a request online at like 9pm and got a text 10pm stating that he’d give a call the next morning). Very easygoing and addressed problems with respect and consideration. We have an old home with old plumbing and wanted to update our shower fixtures correctly. Can’t thank Ryan enough for helping us out!

Derose Plumbing & Water Conditioning were wonderful to work with! We had a leaking water heater. Ryan was professional and very knowledgeable when I called. Danny then came out and diagnosed/ serviced the water heater. Danny was also great! He explained everything and discussed options. The one thing that really stuck out to me was their honesty/ transparency. Our water heater is on the older side, but it was the pressure valve that was leaking. On the phone Ryan said that we may be able to repair. Once Danny evaluated the situation, he agreed that our water heating was in good shape and the valve may fix the problem. Instead of pushing to replace the water heater, we were was given options. We decided to replace the valve and see if that fixed the problem. Knowing that if it didn’t, we would move forward and replace the entire unit. Danny was efficient, knowledgeable, and very nice. He cleaned up after himself and answered a few basic questions related to water conditioning, since we are newer to owning a home with a well. Pricing was very reasonable as well! We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing and water conditioning services in the future!

Just had a deep well pump removed and replaced by DeRose Plumbing and Water Conditioning. After comparing several quotes from area companies, I chose Ryan’s company because of good pricing and his selection of reliable products. The work was completed on time and everything went smoothly right down to clean up and delivering manuals. I am really pleased that Ryan spent the extra time to explain details of what was happening and why. Not many bother to offer such pleasant and friendly interaction. I will definitely be contacting DeRose Plumbing again for my next project.
