I had plumbing problems I would consider serious. Anything that prevents you from living in and enjoying your home is serious. I got a referral through a neighbor, called, and was immediately contacted, visited and good as new. BETTER than new. Erik was on top of everything with communication and information. I'm still baffled that it is all done. Everything I was curious about or thought might need to be looked at is fixed and running properly. His experience and knowledge is obvious and he exceeded my expectations on a level I don't have words to express. I'm not one to leave reviews but if you're looking for help, major or minor, this is where to start! You'll be finished as soon as you call. No mess, no fuss. Desert Water, and owner Erik, repaired water damages (flooding) to one of our rentals. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Explained every step of the repair process and well as helped us understand the requirements of our insurance policy. From now on, he’s our “go to” plumber because we trust he fully.

I had an unusual problem with my water heater control. ( broken control knob).Instead or just recommending a complete replacement of the control box Erik was able to find a used knob and fix my existing control. The price was very fair and the job completed in an expedited time frame. I plan to use Desert Water plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Desert Water Drain and Plumbing Services has NEVER disappointed me in all of the years I have been using them. I am a Realtor / Broker and also manage 17 properties.
