Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter

Hey Y’all, AZ Desert Water & Plumbing just completed a bunch of services at my new condo. They repaired my water heater, put in a new inlet tank, installed a brand new toilet, put in a brand new kitchen island sink, installed reverse osmosis water tank in the kitchen…..cleaned all pipes too! Combined, it came out to $2,100 (tax included). I saved a boatload. Also, everything was done in one visit & they warranty all their work for any unforeseen future issues! Friendly, clean, punctual, thorough & professional. The office mgr, Rachel was soo pleasant to deal with…..didn’t have to deal an automated bot machine. This is why I enjoy working w/smaller family-owned businesses. You already know they’re gonna bend over backwards for you. FYI, I’m not gettin paid a single penny for this review. I’m just surprised that there’s still a few licensed companies out there that are actually honest and affordable. Giv’em a try! U won’t be disappointed!! Daniel B

I had Desert Water install a water filtration and RO system. The process from quote to install was exceptional! Everyone was very kind and professional throught the process. The quote and setup was easy and not overbearing with sales tactics and very honest approach. The install and finish product was smooth and very clean. Kudos to Dee for her service and communication, and to Mike and Dillon (great and clean work) for the quote and install. Highly recommend DW!

I had Desert water out to my home to do a routine service on my tankless hot water heater. I basically found them through searching and reading up on different companies. So I had no idea how well they would do. I was beyond pleased. everything was off the charts Jose the tech was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and just did a great job from start to finish. And their pricing was fair. I’d use them again and rate them five stars plus

My contractor used them during the remodel of my home, so when it was time for some basic maintenance, I decided to call Desert Water again. First, they are very responsive, and my plumber actually arrived earlier than anticipated, which was great! I explained everything to him and he got right to work. He was very efficient and professional and explained everything to me. I thought the price was very reasonable for the service I received. I also like that this is a family owned business.

Very professional. We had a reverse osmosis system with alkaline installed under the kitchen sink. The system works as it should - water tastes great. The new water faucet matches our primary faucet nicely. I was a little nervous about cutting a hole in the quartz counter top and that went well. (They assured me they had insurance to replace the quartz but have never had to use it.) Over all a great company to work with from scheduling to customer service.

This company was not the cheapest estimate I received but they were clearly promising much better workmanship, equipment and I appreciated the detailed explanation. They arrived this morning at about 7:30am and left as promised 8 hours later. They took great care with our home and cleaned up afterwards as well. They explained the system and offered any follow up service I might need. No high pressure sales, just helpful. They did have to cut into my walls inside but made it easy for repair.

Brad provided a descriptive assessment on what needed to be done along with a price estimate that they ultimately came in slightly under. This was work in an older high rise building and required shutting off chiller water to the floor in order to install four new ball valves, removed old water meter and installed new pipe sections leading to my air handler unit in preparation for additional work being done - this is something many plumbers working in the residential markets don't have the knowledge or comfort level to do. Showed up on-time for appointment and performed the work more quickly than stated in the work estimate. Cleaned up afterwards. Before and after photos attached.
